The young daughter of Grangers had been growing up beautifully.

Today, Hermione is out with a mission. She needs to check if Harry Potter; the saviour boy is actually okay. His abuse is horrifying in some of the fanfictions and even in the books, his abuse was not mentioned clearly. She needs to make sure of his well-being and sic the Child Protection Authorities to the Dursleys.

Even with the obvious neglect he had gone through, many of the Dursley's actions could have been a part of the horcruxes influencing them though the possibility is slim and if that is the case, it could only have had been occasional.

Both her parents were busy and she was with her nanny Elise who babysat her on these occasions. The sleeping herb should work by.. now.

The dark haired woman in her late 20s was sleeping soundly in the sofa. The small cup of tea empty on the table with an opened pack of biscuits.

Hermione had her backpack on, the hat on her head and she put her boots on as she opened the window and went out discreetly as possible.

The spells she could use were limited as her core had yet to stabilize.

The auburn-head did the hand motion for the knight bus with her wand arm, though she was trying to be ambidextrous.

"Welcome to the Knight Bus, emergency transport for the stranded witch or wizard. Just stick out your wand hand, step on board, and we can take you anywhere you want to go. My name is Sam Shunpike, and I will be your conductor this eve — Where to, for such a little one?"

"Pleased, Mr. Sam," Hermione stepped inside, " To Surrey, Little Whining, any park will do."

"Oho, little witch. Then, let's get you to your destination. You fare will be eleven sickles and a thirteen for hot chocolate."

There were no seats; instead, half a dozen brass bedsteads stood beside the curtained windows. Candles were burning in brackets beside each bed, illuminating the wood-paneled walls.

The bus was as crazy as it was described and I enjoyed the ride, perhaps more than I should have.

Thankfully, there were no other passengers besides me but a few passengers did fill in and before long I had arrived.

"I enjoyed the ride, Mr. Sam! Will try it again soon." I jumped off the bus with a grin, now mapping my destination through magic.

4. Privet Drive, Little Whining of Surrey. As the destination set, I walked for about 20 minutes from the park, a disillusionment charm over my form.

The rows of houses were eerily similar, mirroring each houses of the neighborhood.

I shuddered thinking of a horror film that could be based of only this neighborhood. Too normal, abnormally so at first sight.

Walking over the the house that belonged to the Dursleys, Hermione stares disillusioned and hidden to the senses of the mundanes and magicals alike for now.

Perhaps, the boy would be inside thought Hermione.

As she looked over the well-kept, refreshing garden, Hermione saw him.
