It has been 3 years since me and my sister was given birth in this strange world.

A world of fantasies that became our reality.

Before we got here, me and my sister with my classmates were on a fieldtrip, we were both 16 that time, and suddenly a truck came out of nowhere and hit us.

We don't know what happened after but before we lost our consciousness, we both reached out to each other's hands while crying, "We still don't want to die".

Then boom! We woke up and find ourselves inside a crib.

We found out that my sister reincarnated as the female lead of the novel she loves and I am her twin brother who is bound to die at the age of 16 because of some unknown disease.

Based on what my sister said, the cure of this disease was found later after one of her friend named Daphne Diaz and it's called as the 'tears of Luna' . She also mentioned the fruit's description is that its a blue gem-like apple but it does not grow on trees instead it grows on shrubs.

And what's more surprising is that this can only be found in the Imperial Family's garden. It is not a common fruit. It only became common after finding out that its a cure for the 'devil's curse' (the name of the disease).

So I have decided to befriend the prince and have that fruit on my hands!

I thought once I am all recovered me and my sister could live in this life peacefully...

But no, I was wrong.
