After a few clicks Louis loads up the event calendar for that year on his lap top. He switched his attention to the larger computer screen in front of him, that belonged to Harry, and input certain important events and dates onto his own business calendar.
It was currently 2:24am and the brunette was distracting himself from his life. Doing office work always calmed him down no matter what things he was dealing with. He's darn good at his job and knows what makes life easier as a businessman.
One of which was having a calendar with actual dates on it. Harry had a business calendar that Niall sorts out, but they don't have a shared one.
At present, he was putting in some key dates in May and June for their Pride month announcements and any press interviews they had around the time. Just as he was finishing up on June his phone suddenly started vibrating on the glass desk. He jumped slightly at the unexpected noise but read the name and instantly answered, holding the phone to his ear.
"Niall, what are you doing up so late?" He questioned leaning back on the leather chair, slowly spinning around to admire the London skyline lit up by civilisation.
"I'm sorry what? Repeat that for me?" He gulped listening intently to what his mate is saying.
"Someone's trying to hack into the system I'm not even joking"
"Oh my God right-" He quickly span back around and placed his phone back on the desk putting it on speakerphone. "Have you contacted Harry?" He asked rapidly typing on the keyboard putting in a password to access the recent activity analyser. The black screen shown various codes and abbreviations in white littering the screen which would've been completely normal if it weren't for the amount of errors and incorrect passwords.
"I can't get a hold of him I'm nearly at the building, you still in there?" Niall bluttered out sounding understandably flustered.
"Yeah I am, Computer shows fuck tonnes of errors, the persons trying to guess the passwords like a twat" Louis tutted and he grabbed his spare phone, usually used more for work, "Are security on their way?" He clarified.
"Yep, we should all get there at the same time I'm literally just pulling up."
"Okay, stay on the phone" Louis instructed and was suddenly thrown off guard at a password attempt of 'watermelonsugar' compared to the '0515CORPSTYLES1505' attempts beforehand.
He kept watching the numerous attempts as he didn't want to input any codes that may give them a bit of access or open any doors for them to sneak into the system further. He needed the advice from security first as at the moment this was a very minor situation. They can't let it escalate.
The door suddenly opened to the office and Louis concentrated stare looked up and met those worried ones of Niall and a couple women from security with some cases.
"Morning Sir, we'll set up immediately and get this sorted."
The brunette nodded and hastily stood up from the chair and took his own laptop off to give them some space.
He went to stand over with Niall as the ladies rapidly set up in a mere minute and plugged multiple wires into Harrys computer to see what was going on and tracking it. "Sorry about this Louis" Niall frowned with his arms crossed, biting his nails.
"Not your fault, thank you for letting me know." Louis reassured and patted the blonde on the back to try calm him down a bit.
"They've stopped their password attempts" One of the women, a redhead, verbally noted.
