The Deal

LAURENCE POV
When I leave the café making sure that she got home safely I then call her. "Hey umm this is Laurence". "I know who you are don't be silly" "Oh um so did you get home okay" "Yes I did thank you" "That's good" (awkward silence) "Well maybe we can get to together tomorrow at 1? Same café? Or different its your choice." Well I think that we can get together tomorrow I will text you the address" "Ok thanks" "Okay well bye Laurence" Bye Jessica". I don't know why I sounded so shy talking to her.
JOURNAL ENTRY
I can't believe I just got another date with her. Part of me thinks that the only reason she keeps going on these dates with me is because she wants to be a vampire. The deal was fake and I don't want her to know that. But I couldn't just let her become a vampire. Maybe she wants to be a vampire because she is admired by them. Or maybe she wants to live for eternity. What ever the reason may be I am not gonna sit by while she goes through her transition. Well that's it for today.
JESSICA POV
I can't wait to see Laurence again. I have to text him the details of the new café.
To: 🔥Laurence🔥
Hey we can meet up at 1:00 at Econo Café. I'll send you the directions.
LAURENCE POV
Jessica just sent me the details. I can't wait to see her. I want to know what she is going to wear. I want to text her but I think I will sound to needy.

FAST FOWARD TO THE NEXT DAY

I put the directions into my phone to the café. I see her sitting there waiting for me. We sit down and we start talking about the deal. "Hi um you look beautiful today" I said. I think she was happy about it due to her blushed cheeks. She said "thank you". We kind of just sat there in silence not saying anything. I try to disregard the "deal" because I don't want to make up any other details.

JESSICA'S POV
"So umm can you explain this deal to me a little more" I ask knowing that it could annoy him. He looks down and says "lets talk about that later. I want to get to know you a little better". He says sounding like he regarding my question. "Well I'm 18 years old and is in my first year of college. I have a mom and a dad but they are divorce. My older brother goes to college also. I live in a dorm and I do not have a boyfriend. My best friends are Kayla and Janaè. And that's it"

Laurence POV
I ask about her to get to know her a little better. Also trying to avoided the talk about "the deal". Once she finishes ehT she has to say I start. "Well I'm 21 years old which is when I became a vampire. That's the age I go by when people ask my age. I went to college 12 times so really don't go there anymore. My parents died of old age. I have- had vampire friends which have all died. I'm really just all alone. Umm nothing to exciting". I can tell that she seems sad but I want to be honest. Well mostly honest. We stay silent again and then we finally make conversation. Before I know it I look at my phone and it is 5:00 already. We both laugh at the fact that we lost track of time. When I walk her out I kiss her goodbye. She goes to my house for the night and when we get there we go to my room. We kiss and kiss and our tongues are competing at each other. Of course his tounge wins because he's stronger. We finally stop and he goes to the bathroom. I look around his room being nosey and curious. I find a dusty old journal that I open. I find out it is his diary of he calls it a "journal". Anyways I open it hoping that I can find what he really thinks about me. I found one that he just wrote yesterday. I start reading the first title
