Jay walked into Jake's room with a deadpan expression. The younger was laying on his bed, face down. He had changed from his uniform to a hoodie and sweats, the hood covered his head. Jay sighed at his best friend and roommate.

He made his way over and sat on the bed, next to Jake. "You awake?" A groan left the Aussie in response. Jay pursed his lips into a thin line and patted him on his back. "Won told me what happened." Jake stayed silent. Jay could only watch him as he laid there helplessly. The silence was a good enough answer for him.

"It's been a week, Jake. You've missed all of your classes, the student council meetings. Everything. I didn't want to bring this up to you because I thought maybe you'd-" Jay paused before continuing.

"Jake, I care for you. You can't be huddled up in your room over Sunghoon." Jake continued to stay silent. Jay knew he wasn't going to be able to get to Jake, so he inevitably gave up and sighed. "If you need anything or want to talk, give me a call.. I'm going to be at Won and Heeseung's.."

Jake groaned again. Jay got up slowly and reluctantly left. As he silently shut the his room door shut, a knock was heard from downstairs. Jay scurried down the stairs as there was another knock, but a little louder. He thought it was Jungwon for a second.

But, he was wrong. Once he opened the door, he was greeted by Sunghoon, who looked at him with a guilty expression. "Hey, Jay." Jay's eyes squinted together, "Jake isn't here- Either way, if he was here, I highly doubt he would want to speak to you right now."

Does Jay hate me now? Sunghoon thought. "Jay, please. Just let me talk to him, I know he's here." Jay rolled his eyes and crossed his arms, "And how do you know that?" Sunghoon showed him his phone, "Life360." Jay mouthed an 'O', "Well, like I said, I highly doubt he'd want to talk to you right now-"

      "Jay, I love him, alright?"

Jay stood there, shocked. Jungwon never mentioned to him that Sunghoon reciprocated his feelings at all. "I.. I was dumb and oblivious to notice it at first, I'll admit it. But, you have to believe me. I really do love him. Let me talk to Jaeyun." Sunghoon only used Jake's korean name when he was serious and genuine about something.

Jay only stared at him before sighing and making way for him, "Fine. I was about to leave anyways- I'm trusting you, Sunghoon. Don't you dare try and hurt him again." Jay grabbed his jacket and keys, glaring at Sunghoon before leaving.

Sunghoon sighed, and made his way upstairs. The house was quiet. Just the sound of Sunghoon's footsteps filled the air. When he made his way to Jake's room, he didn't expect for the bedroom door to swing open to reveal the hooded Aussie.

Once they made eye contact, Sunghoon noticed how the others red puffy eyes widened. "Jake-" The Aussie immediately attempted to close the door, but Sunghoon somehow pushed the door open before he did.

Now they were both in Jake's room. "Can we talk?" Sunghoon asked after a few seconds of silence. Jake didn't really have a choice. The only way of escaping was through the door- which Sunghoon was blocking- or the window. He was desperate to get out, but not desperate enough to jump put the damn window. So, he nodded- reluctantly.

As Sunghoon examined Jake, he just noticed how tiny he looked in his hoodie and sweats. The older fiddled with his sleeves in the silence. Sunghoon sucked in a breath, "About last week, I'm sorry.."

Jake scoffed softly, "What are you apologizing for? I should be the one apologizing. I shouldn't have confessed to you, especially since we are strictly best friends."
