Ch.4: Gift Time

As Yukine faint, both Karma and the man shockedly stand up, while the door was knocked, the man nervously speaked "Kid, please carry Yuki-chan", Karma didnt answer and carrying Yukine, the man opened the door to find the appearance of a woman in her twenties with a red hair tied to side-ponytail wearing a uniform like Yukine's with a different skirt and a grey coat, while the next to her, there's Nagisa, " Oh, Hakata-san! I'm back! Is Yuki-chan awake? There's Yuki-chan's classmate want to see her" the woman said with a fake smile, before Hakata can answer, there were footsteps heard from inside of the house, those footsteps were Karma's while carrying Yukine, the three were shocked, the woman shouted "Yuki-chan!!"," Karma-kun! What happened?" Nagisa asked shockedly, "We should bring her to the hospital!"
-Skip Time to Hospital
There were intense silent in the waiting room, until the woman break the silent "Hey, you two, you were Yuki-chan's classmate friends, right? What's your name?" The woman asked fake smiling, Nagisa was the one to answer her, "Ah, yes, my name is Shiota Nagisa"," I'm Akabane Karma" the two said, while the woman stand up "I'm Hinama Harune, Yuki-chan's older sister, Nice to meet you! Nagisa-chan and Karma-kun!" Harune stated, Karma standed up with a poker face while Nagisa was nervously blushing and stammered "E-etto...W-why d-do you c-c-call me 'chan'?"," Eh? Why? Because you're a girl,right? Or might be you dont like being preferred 'chan'?" Harune said with a confused face,"......Actually i'm a boy","What?! Oh I'm so sorry!"She said again with an apologetic face, before Nagisa could say a word, the doctor come out of the room with a serious face that made them all have a terrified expression, the doctor started speaking "Are you all Hinama Yukine's relatives?", They all just nodded in agree
-The Next Day
Nagisa and Karma walking in the 3-e's forest with a frowned face until Nagisa break the silent " I cant believe what i heard yesterday","yeah, me too.."Karma mumbled, they entered the class and seated, but Karma was rather suprised when seeing the seat next to him is no longer vacant, but there is Yukine sitting, "T-thanks a lot for yesterday" she said blushing while looking away, Karma somehow smiled at it, after she said that, Yukine turn her head to Karma and sheepishly smiling with a blushing face, and so at that moment Karma felt his heart skipped a beat and he was blushing, "Its nothing" Karma said tried to gain his composure, after that some people entered the class suprised and crowding Yukine
-Lunch Time
"Eh? Recovery gift?" Nagisa said to Kayano who is sitting next to him, "Of course! She missed a week with such a dangerous ill, i think we should gave her something"," Ehh yeah,sure.....Wait!! How did you know she was in ill?"Nagisa half-shouted, while Kayano was poker face "Well, Koro sensei said he find Yukine in a hospital room with many cables attaches to her" she explained, while Nagisa is just sweat dropped, the idea given by Kayano spread to the whole class except Yukine not long after she speak, some people were discussing and some decided by themself, so the plan is:
They will told Yukine to a gather-up meeting at the park at 7, and they will all came before Yukine and suprise her
-Skip Time to 7
Yukine was on her way to the park while seeing a message from Nagisa she received two hours ago, and she looked at the time is 6:41, she was wearing a long sleeve shirt colored plain black with her usual dark grey knitted coat that she wears everyday to school and a jeans, while she was walking, the 3-E jumped out the bush while saying "SUPRISE!!", Yukine was suprised and they hurried to Yukine, saying that it was a suprise since she was missed a week and have'nt tell them anything, everybody cheered happilly, they get to eat dinner with the class, there was many laughter and joy, in the middle of the conversation Maehara cutted in " This is all thanks to Kayano's idea!", everybody agree and cheered, they gone home after seeing the time was late, " Ah..So tired bringing all of these...but i have fun at least!" She said hummingly while bringing the gift and she remembered the people who came "Now to think of it, Akabane didnt come.." She said, "Because i decided to came alone" a voice stopped her from speaking any further, it was Karma's voice "Oh! Akabane!" She said while calling Karma, he walked a bit to reach Yukine with one of his hand in the back, "Hey! Uh--Sorry, too many things to hold" Yukine said trying to wave her hand but she cant, before Yukine could speak, Karma saying something "Do you know why class suddenly do this?",She shook her head, " Because...this class cared for they're fellow assassin" Karma stated, "So, please dont change their heart of seeing you" he speaked again, Yukine standed there frozed in here thoughts "This guy...really cared to his friends...how could i ever repay this niceness of the class and him...?", Karma walked closer to her and said " Here is my gift" while handing a red rose, Yukine took the rose,"a red rose, a symbol of love and careness, a simple one rose yet mean so many words" Yukine thought to herself, "And please.." Karma said, "Call me Karma"," Okay! Karma-kun! Thank you for the gift!" Yukine said smiling with a closed eye, Karma just smiled "But~,I have one favor~"," What is it?" Yukine asked, "Why dont we play again like the other time you were caught by my trap?~", Yukine blushed furiously " Seriously, You!"
And on that night, every sort of happiness she finds along with the class. "Maybe someday you will ask why i give you a red rose, because you the person who made me skipped a beat" Karma thought to himself while smiling.
