PM wasn't the most popular person in middle school people saw him a villain the way he was being from a poor background and having a tendency to fight other students growing a reputation as an asshole like bakugo the two where compared a lot for they're attitude towards people and how they would bully the weaker kids PM hated being compared to bakugo as there lives where completely different as PM grew up going back and forth from his mums house and his father see both struggle to keep their live together as his mom kept getting fired from jobs having to live with their uncles house and his father would struggle with drugs see his father doing coke or crack and having a lot of his friends over that's would break or fight there was one time PM had watch his father shoot someone in the apartment when he was 7 years old, but bakugo lived with stable parents who had great jobs live in the nicer parts with people praising him for his quirk, the way they became friends was really weird PM finally had enough of being compared to bakugo so he'd call bakugo our to a fight after school ready to settle this.

As PM walk to the park ready to stomp on bakugo as he was pissed having being tired from going back and forth from his parents houses and hearing people talking shit about him he wanted to take all his anger out on bakugo "you ready shit head" PM shouted at bakugo as bakugo turns from his followers putting his hand up and telling back "bring it pussy" bakugo and PM where equally match if just using hands until bakugo uses his quirk on him "we using quirks now!" As more kids around the area had come to watch police sirens could be heard and everyone look to the noise "oh shit" bakugo says not wanting to get arrested everyone had ran both bakugo and PM had ran in the same direction looking back PM sees a cop chasing them as they continue running PM tell bakugo to take a left at the next ally as the see it they quickly turn left see more house "on your right jump the fence!" PM says to bakugo jumping over the tall fence that they hid behind hearing the cop run past them.

After PM helped bakugo run from the cops he was taken back that he would help it was one of the more enjoyable times he had so bakugo and PM called a truce on their beef and stayed neutral towards each other but PM and bakugo where in some of the same classes and they would sit together at school and sometimes hangout.
