Alpha: Eijirou Kirishima, Katsuki Bakugou
Omega: Izuku Midoriya
During Izuku's heats: During his heats the two Alpha are very protective and make sure their Omega is always comfortable and has enough food. They take care of him in any way, may it be with food, sleep or hygenic things. Izuku gets very clingy during his heats and gets all the cuddles from his mates. When he's horny, izuku of course gets that type of attention from them as well, of course with condoms.
During Kirishima's or Bakugou's rut: Ruts are handled different, depending on who's in one and how heavy it is, but in any case the other two mates always take care of their Alpha mate Just like they do with their Omega in heat.
Pups: The three have agreed on not having Pups yet since they all want to finish school first.
