No one was made the same everyone has flaws and good things. The thing is make a list of the good things. Ex:
My eyes
my hair
my style
my peronality
and a bad list
my glasses
my laugh
my wierdness
then crumble up the bad list and memorize the good list.
I'm not you your not me. I'm not her or him I'm me. Repeat that to yourself 'kay.
