Strangers

I ran through the village chasing a few pigs that had escaped their pen. Sara was laughing as I tripped over a pig standing infront of me. I ended up in a mud puddle as my face had mud. She laughs continuously as I blushed as I saw how beautiful her smile was. She leans down to grab my hand before I pulled her in the puddle myself. She was laughing as she lightly punched me. We didn't realize until we stopped and looked at the situation we were in. Her face was inches away from me and that she was over me as I sat up. Her face was red while mine mirrored her reaction. She then faded away as I heard a long sound surround me. I closed and then opened my eyes to see that I was sleeping on the floor with my gear. I noticed that I woke up at dawn. I quickly removed the alarm from a scroll. I had gotten one from a nearby town a bit more technologically involved than where I lived. The place was in ruins and was abandoned. I began walking with my stuff and I tied my katana around my waist. I took out the compass and continued heading north. I spend an entire day walking and making sure that no grimm was around. I was about to set up camp until I heard a small but sinister growl. I unsheathed my katana and had my guard up as I looked around. A big bewolf emerged from the shadows and its growl intensified. It charged at me and swung its huge claws at me. I dodged and managed to cut the beast on its arm. It looked at me and was enraged. I turned back and ran as my weapon wasn't enough for me to do anything. I ran through the forest and fell on a ditch. I got back up but felt an aching pain on my ankle. I seemed to have sprained it but I needed to keep running. I lightened the step on my right foot to maintain speed and reduce damage. I saw a dim light ahead and I ran towards it. The beowolf caught up to me and slammed me into a tree. I fell and my bag was torn to shreds so I grabbed the amulet and scroll with my katana sheathed in. I felt lighter as the bag was weighing me down. The light grew brighter and I saw a glimpse of a town. The grimm pounced over me and bit my shoulder. I punched the nose as I gritted my teeth in pain. I grabbed my katana and took the opportunity to cut its eye. It roars in pain as I stood up holding my shoulder. I saw crimson red blood all over my hand as I felt myself feeling dizzy. I took a step back as everything was blurry. The ringing in my ears is clouded out the sound around me and I felt tired. I collapsed on my back as I winced at the pain. The beowolf was prowling towards me and jumped to strike me. But a bright light blasted the grimm and was stabbed through the head. A long and sharp rapier went through the head of the grimm. I couldn't hear what they were saying but my eyes felt heavy as I couldn't stay up any further.

I felt a soft surface under me and I looked to see a dark area. I saw a door closed as there was light from behind the door. I tried to get up but winced at my shoulder, stinging with pain. I could barely move my arm and slipped off the side of the bed. My body ached as I tried standing up. The room brightened up as the door opened up. I saw a dark haired girl with red tips. She ran to me and came to help me up. I pushed her hand away and got up slowly. I saw that I did t have my stuff on me as I looked desperately for the amulet.

???: Easy! We won't hurt you!

Y/n: My amulet! Where is it!

???: Amulet?

I lost the feel of my legs and crashed to my knees. My body was bruised up and had a sprained ankle. I sat on my bed and saw more people showing up.

Y/n: Who are you!

Ruby: U-Um...I'm Ruby Rose! You don't need to be afraid!

Y/n: How do I know I can trust you?

???: This kids got common sense. Don't worry about this place. We are huntsmen from the school Beacon.

Y/n: Beacon? Wait no! Where is my sword? My amulet?!

Another female in yellow hair and a robot arm came up to me and put me down on the bed. My shoulder stung again as it was burning down on my skin.
