Jerome's POV
______________________________
I wake up abs forget were I was before I remembered I was in the hospital. I look around and see Adam by my side.
"Good Morning Sky!" I half yell to wake him up.
"I'M UP, I'm up" Adam said slightly startled from me yelling.
"Good morning fluffy" Adam says. He suddenly jumps up "Mitch" we say in unison.
"Hey Jerome, I'm going to go check on him and then I'll be back to get you, Okay?"
"Alright that sound-" I was cut off by the door opening and a nurse walking in the room "Oh good you're awake, here are your clothes and other possessions, you can leave the hospital around noon today" the nurse says smiling.
"Thank You ma'ma" I say looking to were Adam was standing, he must have left to check on mitch. I figured I should get dressed and wait for him to get back.

Adam's POV

"Mitch" we say in unison.
"Hey Jerome, I'm going to go check on him and then I'll be back to get you, Okay?" I ask
"Alright that sound-" he was cut off by the door opening and the nurse walking in, she starts talking to Jerome so I left and headed to check on mitch.
"Mitch?" I questioned walking into the room.
I open the door to see him and his eyes were open.
But he had this look on his face. "Mitch it's me Adam" I say
"I know who are but we're is Jerome?" He asks, I sigh in relief.
"Let me go get him he cannot wait to see you" I smile.

Mitch's POV

I wake up to the door opening and someone saying "Mitch?" I look over and see Adam... but I don't see Jerome "Mitch it's me Adam" he says I guess I was looking at him with a confused look "I know who you are but were is Jerome?" I was concerned about my... I mean never mind.
I hear Adam sigh in relief "let me go get him he cannot wait to see you"
Adam leaves the room and once again I'm left to be alone with my thoughts.
It feels like Adam had left hours ago but it was only 15 minutes.
They finally walked through my door I turned my head and saw Jerome tears started falling from my face... but these tears were full of joy and not pain. Our eyes lock and I just smile his eyes were what I missed most while he was in his coma. Jerome starts walking towards me embracing me with a warm hug.
He whispered something in my ear I couldn't make out much other than 'I love y-' that was the last thing I heard before everything went dark.

Jerome's POV

I finish getting dressed and hear the door open. Adam stands in the doorway as I grab my phone and wallet. We head to Mitch's room. I open the door when he sees me he starts crying but tears that seem to be of joy and love. The next thing I know, I had mitch in my arms embracing him in a hug I lean closer to his ear and whisper "I love y-" but I was cut off by his heart monitor going crazy with beeping and then mitch went limp his eyes closed, he still had a smile on his face I'm pulled away by the nurse. I couldn't hear them yelling all I say was mitch being carried out for the room, I tried running after him, but was stopped in the hall by Adam who was struggling to hold me back.
I see Mitch pushed through the emergency doors at the end of the hall. "MITCH" I finally can say.
Adam moves me to the waiting room he tries talking to me but all I can hear is mitch's voice. I've been sitting here since 6:45 It's now 9PM. The doctor finally comes out he talks to Adam first I can't hear what they are saying I just see Adam start cying.
