Valerie Hopper. Even though Val and El are twins the two have never been close, although that probably has something to do with Dr Brenner pitting the two against each other when they where in the Lab.
Where as Eleven's powers are telekinesis, Twelve's power is mind control, she could control anyones movements with just a simple thought or by a flick of her wrist.
Val and El try to mend their relationship all while going up against creatures that shouldn't exist.
As Eleven and Mike fall in love in the midst of the chaos, Valerie befriends a curly haired nerd called Dustin Henderson and the two become close friend almost siblings.
The twins disappear of the face of the earth after defeating the Demogorgan together.
After the two defeated it they awoke in the Upside Down and after they escaped back into the real world, they was forced into hide after seeing government officials interrogating Mike Wheeler at his home and eventually go and live with Hopper in a secret cabin in the woods.
When reuniting with her brother figure, Dustin, Valerie meets a red haired skater girl Max.
Will they two become friends or will Val not like the red head because of when her sister told her of the girls interaction with Mike?
