The solitary clone

I ran outside about to go on a mission but I overslept I had to rush to get to the ship before it leaves.

"Sorry I'm late I know I shouldn't give any exuses but I overslept" I said panting.

The clone with a scar walks up to me "I won't report this just don't do that again" he saidz

"Yes sir commander" i saluted as I walked and saw a familiar man here "nice to see you again crosshair" who rolled his eyes at me.

Then we head out as the commander speaks "intel is limited but here's what we know separatist insurgents armed with a battalion of battle droids have seized the city and taken governor grottos hostage." He explained.

"Battle droids?" I asked in confusion "didn't they receive the shutdown order?"

"They could have been reprogrammed" Crosshair said.

"The insurgents are expecting a diplomatic envoy we catch them by surprise, wipeout their droids and locate governor grotten" he explains

Once we got to the planet we somehow got shot down when some of us survived including crosshair and the commander.

"Half the squads to injured to continue the mission" i said.

"I've beaten clankers with far less" Crosshair said.When we moved there was a tank which would be hard."I'll draw their fire while you move into positions"

I feel like this guys crazy. "You do make things interesting" i said.

"I worked with him before" the commander said as we head up to the tank and leg crosshair do the rest.

Out of nowhere the tank exploded and we head in and I noticed crosshair was shooting in places I never thought someone would shoot.

He ran up towards me "direct shot down the barrel nice touch" i said.

"They're moving in coordinated waves there has to be a tactical droid giving them orders" Crosshair said.

"Then let's divide their forces"
Cody said "Dylan you and Crosshair will take the north"

I nod as crosshair move as we heard something "you hear that?" I asked.

"Droidekas" We see the droids coming and shooting at us with sheilds up. "Hit him with a popper"

I threw a popper and continued on shooting and moving.

"Fine the tac droid yet" I asked.

Crosshair looks in his sniper. "It's in the bell towe but I can't get a clear sight "

"Let's remedy that" We moved to see more droids coming. "Any ideas?" I asked

"Just try and keep up"  Crosshair said shooting then one droid got crosshair as one attacks me I pulled out a knife and stabbed it then I threw the knife at the droids head to save Crosshair.

I walked up to him and helped him up "hold tight I'll take out the tac droid"

He grabs my hand "I can make the shot from here" gives me something for his aim "give me a line of sight."

I nodded and walked up as I was being shot it "where do you need the puck?"

"Throw it"

"How far?"

"As far as you can"The I threw the puck and got shot in the arm. Crosshair walks upstairs "nice throw"he said

"Nice shot" i said

Then we found the grotten as Cody catching up with us.

Then the sepratist talks to us and Cody was lecturing her for peace when I saw crosshair kill her.

Later I got back from the mission I walked up to crosshair I was gonna say something that might be suspicious but I decided to say something else.

"Hey.. um you were good out there"

"So we're you" he said

"Maybe if we keep doing missions together we  could be friend" I smiled.

He looked surprised but nod "sure"

The I looked to commander Cody and walked up at him "listen I know you're questioning about this but if you want out you're gonna have to trust me. I'm not an imperial. I'm a spy"

He nods "what should I do?"
