A Good Team

Will felt like crap. He just sat there and watched as Nico and Percy destroyed the monster in a matter of seconds. Was he even good enough to be with Nico? After that pathetic display, he doubted it.
"Ow..." Nico fell, clutching the back of his leg. Will rushed over, examining the wound. It seemed that the monster had sliced Nico's calf open during the battle. Nico's face contorted in pain. It was strange, such a small wound shouldn't be that painful. Will needed to work quickly, Nico was losing blood. Percy jumped over, leaning down on the other side of Nico.
"Is he okay?"
"He'll be fine." Will took out the first aid kit he always had, and fed Nico some nectar. The wound should have healed, but something was wrong. Will took a closer look at the leg to find it was purple and swollen. It had to be poison. He needed immediate attention.
Will tenderly touched the wound, only to hear a cry of pain from Nico.
"Damn." Will cursed, "It's worse than I thought." He knew this was all his fault. If he wasn't such a big baby, none of this would've happened...

He snapped himself out of it. Will knew had to fix the problem at hand.
"Percy, can you cleanse the opening with some water?"
"Umm... sure." Percy closed his eyes and a steady stream of water appeared in no time.
That'll do it...
Will wrapped Nico's leg with gauze, trying his best not to inflict pain.
"Let's get him back to camp." Will put Nico on his back and started in the direction of camp. Percy silently followed close behind.
