Hermione stared at Astoria's comment.
Theo and Astoria broke up? When? And why didn't she tell them?
Hermione knocked on the bathroom door. "Tori?"
"Yeah?" Tori called back.
"Can you come out here for a second? I wanna ask you something."
Tori walked out of the bathroom and leaned against the frame. "Yes?"
"When did you and Theo break up?"
Tori's face turned red. "Oh. I was going to tell you guys. I just forgot."
"How could you forget? You guys are soulmates."
Tori shrugged. "Guess not. It wasn't a big deal. Just the heat of an argument."
Hermione rested her hand on Tori's shoulder. "You sure you're good?"
Tori nodded before going back into the bathroom and locking the door.
She looked into the mirror, and let the tears fall.
She silently cried. For everything. For herself. For Theo. For Hermione. For not being able to tell her best friend that the guy she probably liked was betting on her.
Tori quickly wiped her tears and finished putting her bathing suit on.
