After enjoying being in each other's arms, Dan had dropped Feef off to her house and headed to his. The next day, Dan had picked up Feef to go to the school together. No one except for their best friends in school knew of their marriage and they hung out with their group of friends during lunch like they normally would. However, Dan found it extremely hard to keep his hands to himself. He rested his arm on her shoulder while she stood beside him and conversed with Amna. Their group consisted of Amna, curly hair brunette who came from a family of doctors; Azeem-Feef's twin who had the hots for Amna but never had the guts to tell her that; Haris- blue eyed best friend of Dan since diaper days, who was the son of a renowned lawyer; Tayyaba-a gorgeous black haired beauty with flawless sunkissed skin- whose mother was an actor and father a news anchor. Though, Feef thought Tayyaba and Haris had something going on, but they always denied these allegations. Their group, though famous, consisted mostly of kids whose parents were self-made billionaires.
"Wanna try?" Feef brought her sandwich closer to the mouth of Dan and he took a bite of the sandwich while looking her in the eyes.
"Could you guys stop, it's cringe," Azeem said while looking at his sister feeding her husband.
"It's cute not cringe!" Amna and Tayyaba retorted and hooted for the newly wed which caused everyone around them to look at their group.
"Talk about not attracting attention," Feef muttered seeing Mustafa glare at the two of them from across. Mustafa was a politician's brat with black hair, light brown eyes and a sharp jawline. He was part of another famous group which consisted mostly of politicians, and army brats. Most of them were landlords or came from old money which their families most certainly looted from Pakistan's treasury. Though their groups were on good terms with each other and they interacted a lot often due to being part of the same societies in school, Feef always felt uneasy around the brooding brat.
"Well who doesn't love a bit of attention esp. if it comes from a hottie like Bilal?" Amna said with a wink while Azeem groaned. Bilal was in Mustafa's group and he was a sweet-talking army brat. Almost every girl in their school had been a victim of his sweet tongue and charming looks and personality. For a 15 year old, he was quite sexy. There was no denying that his jovial personality, daddy's money and looks could rope anyone in. In the earlier days, Feef even had a crush on him too and that had irked Dan a lot.
They had talked for a bit before the bell had ranged and everyone had walked off to their respective classrooms. After all their classes were done with, Dan had waited in the lobby for Feef to arrive so that he could take her to his farmhouse and enjoy some alone time with her during the weekend. Dan's driver had driven them to the farmhouse that was near Kund Malir. Dan had interlocked their hands and caressed it with his thumb while she rested her head on his shoulder. After reaching the farmhouse, Dan had dragged her inside his room that was decorated with pink tulips. He had fished out a delicate gold circular pendant, which had D♡A engraved on it.
"It isn't exactly what I wanted to give you but that's all that could come with my pocket money. I promise I'll buy you a platinum band once I start making my own money," Dan explained while looking at Feef hoping she would like the wedding gift.
"I absolutely love it Dan!! You didn't have to give me anything. Your heart was enough," she said earnestly.
"I know you don't normally wear necklaces because they tend to cause a rash..." feef cut him off by locking his lips with hers and grabbing the back of his head to deepen the kiss. He responded after a few seconds and they both kissed till they ran out of breath.
"I love you idiot and I love this too. I'll always wear it so please put it around my neck," she said, turning around and gathering her hair on one side of the shoulder. After he clasped it around her neck she immediately went near the mirror to admire the delicate necklace.
