I gasp harshly, rising up from my bed as I turned to Yoko who was sound asleep beside me. As the sound of thunder boomed outside as every minute passed, my fear only grew.
"Yoko" I whisper, my voice wavering slightly as the sound of the thunder only increased. "Please wake up"
"Mmm," Yoko swats at thin air as a sign for me to go away. "Just go back to bed Y/N"
"I'm scared" My voice cracks as I palace my hand on her arm.
"Okay, I'm up" Yoko laughs softly, grabbing my arm as she sat with her back resting against the headboard. "Are you okay?"
"I just don't like how loud it is" I chuckle softly, resting my head in the crook of her neck as Yoko rubbed my back soothingly.
"It's okay, just try to get some sleep." She cooed, kissing my ear as she pulled away.
"Thank you" I smile softly, looking up at Yoko as I gave her a small kiss. "I love you"
"I love you too, and I think the storm is done" Yoko looks out of the window, watching as the raindrops subsided, soon turning into nothing.
"Ugh, finally" I giggle, wrapping my arms around Yoko. "But could we maybe stay like this?"
"Of course dummy" Yoko laughs, her arms leaving my back to my legs.
"Goodnight" Yoko whispered, her voice muffled as I felt my body shut down and my eyes closed.
