I open my eyes and the same ceiling i have seen for the last 14 years greets me. I get out of bed quickly with a smile, i go to my secret spot and make something for Lo'ak, to thank him.

I decided to make him a choker, since i had his. Yes, i know its cheesy as hell but he's my friend and i like giving unexpected gifts. After 20 minutes the choker was done and i was really happy with it.

Me and Lo'ak haven't had a day that we were not together since we met i realize. I don't normally bond with people that well. I can't be with the same person day after day, i always need a break to recharge my social battery, which most of the time runs out pretty fast.

I quickly go to his house and i only see Neteyam, "Hey Neteyam where is Lo'ak? i ask him but he doesn't answer. "Neteyam?" i say, he looks at me with tears in his eyes.

I quickly walk over to him and sit down next to him. "Hey whats wrong? I know we don't talk much but if something is bothering you, you can tell me." i say. "I just miss the forest, the ikrans the beautiful plants, my house, everything. Leaving all behind happened so quickly." he says between sobs.

"Oh Neteyam, im so sorry. You don't deserve it. I can't imagine what you are going through. I know that you think that this feeling is going to last forever, but its not; it will get better. It just needs time, like most things." I say, trying my best to comfort him.

"Do you want a hug?" i ask him and he nods. He cries on my shoulder while im hugging him. "Its all gonna be okay." i say rubbing his back.

(Lo'aks pov)

After playing with Tuk for an hour i go back to my house. I want to scare Neteyam so i quietly walk over and i look inside. I see and Neteyam, and someone hugging him, i recognize its
Y/n. I thought Neteyam liked Kea, and i thought Y/n didn't like anyone, guess i was wrong. I quickly walk away, making sure they both didn't see me.
