"We decided to leave this match up to them." The door opened as two people walked in "here they are now." Nogi, the president of the company, finished his explanation to Yamashita who had been called up to the office because of the company's fighter had been defeated.
Yamashita's face contorted into one of horror when he turned around and seen the same two people he was afraid to see. You stood next to Ohma as you had your arm on his shoulder, leaning on him with a small grin. 'Unbelievable! Are they going to be the substitute fighters?'
Nogi started to speak "Let me introduce our fighters to you." You and Ohma then approached them. You looked at the middle aged man with your usual lazy grin but to Yamashita, it was a death threat, you then spoke, making his flinch "Good to see you again, Yamashita."
Yamashita slightly relaxed once he realized you weren't going to do anything "It's my pleasure to see you both again, too." You both stopped just a couple of feet away, Yamashita watched you both 'What a miraculous coincidence!' You and Ohma both looked at Yamashita who shrunk under your watchful eyes.
"Oh, you three know each other?" Yamashita turned around with an opened mouth, sweat was going down his face. Nogi continued "That would be even more convenient. Kazuo Yamashita. I'll assign you to take care of them. Tokita, Fushiguro. If you need anything, don't hesitate to ask him."
You both walked forward as Ohma placed his heavy hand on the frail, shocked man as his body leaned down due to the imbalance "all right." Yamashita was still in a state of shock but Nogi spoke anyway "Why don't you have a meeting to discuss the future plan? Details will be announced later."
After you all had left Kaede had placed a cup down in front of Nogi as she spoke "Was it really a good idea..to trust that them?" Nogi let out a grunt, she continued "The one who beat Komada is probably..." Nogi closed his eyes with a content smile "I believe that's them. That's why I hired them. How many people in the world do you think can take Komada down? Ohma Tokita and Fushiguro Y/n. We were lucky to have found them."
Kaede looked him as she questioned him once more "what about the other one? Kazuo Yamashita. He's just an employee of one of our subsidiaries. Why did you tell him what a kengan match is, sir? We have plenty of other people better at taking care of the fighters."
Nogi leaned back with his hands behind his head "well...No special reason." Kaede turned around "excuse me?" She asked a bit annoyed. Nogi laughed as he soon took his original position with his elbows on his desk "Don't get so annoyed. I assigned him not only for support, but also to keep an eye on them for safety. That's all."
Kaede stared at him with narrowed eyes 'It doesn't explain why you chose him, sir. Is it because you don't want to tell me about it?' She thought but was soon brought out of her mind once Nogi spoke "hand me that tablet." Kaede gave it to him.
