"Excuse me, Could I apply for a Job?" Angelisía asks the manager at Computers and Co since her mother told her that *You should get a job to give me half, the rest can be for you to spend on your phone bill.* Her mothers' exact words.
"Ah, sure! Let's go check your resume out." The manager says, it had been a month since she had become a billionaire, and she was planning on moving out on her seventeenth birthday, which was in March, only two months to go. "Follow me, please." The manager states, walking to a break room, of sorts.
"So what are your strong suites?" The manager asks as he sits down, directing Angelisía to the chair across from his own.
"Well, I'm good at Coding, Philosophy, Mathematics, and Geography." Angel states to the manager, "Oh also I'm good at battle tactics, although I haven't used them in a while."
"Alright, you're hired." He states without hesitation, "My name is Aero and you'll be working for me," he pauses, "Your hours will be two to eight on Fridays through Sundays. And on Wednesdays and Thursdays it'll be five to eleven PM." He pauses for a moment for a breath, "Your starting rate will be twelve dollars per hour, an additional two hundred dollars per fix, monthly that comes out around one thousand dollars. Although, that is only the minimum."
Angel nods, taking in the information, "When will I start?" She asks as she leans forward into the seat, putting her elbows on the table, interlocking her fingers and resting her chin on her hands.
"You'll start next wednesday." The manager, Aero, stated in confidence.
"Alright, thank you Aero, I'll see you next wednesday." Angel said, waving goodbye and leaving the store to go home.
"Welcome back, Angel. Did you get a job?" Her mother asked skeptically.
"Yes mother, I did. I'll start next wednesday and I'll have mondays and tuesdays off. I will be giving you five hundred dollars a month and the rest will be put in an emergency fund, and only I will be able to access it with a special code." Angelisía said, being careful not to smirk.
Her mother growled, but nodded, "Alright. That should be enough money for me, not to mention, Damon gives me a thousand dollars a month." She says.
'She is super expensive. Always spending money on clothes, Jewelry and crap she doesn't need or use.' Angelisía thought, but nodded in response to her mother. "Anything else?" She asks, and her mother shakes her head.
"No, that is all Angel. Although you can go to your friend's house or whatever." she said, angel just nods, leaving the house to go to Mariana's house.
Knock
Knock
Knock
Angelisía stood at Mariana's entrance door, waiting for her to answer the door since her parents weren't home. There was a soft thud, and Angel stepped back, knowing that she would probably be jumped on.
"Angie!" Mariana said, as she opened the door, ushering Angelisía inside the house, "so this came for you, in my name?" Mariana said as she handed her the iPhone fourteen pro max, and the Debit card.
"Thank you Mari," Angel said as she walked into the house, taking her shoes off out of respect for the household.
"No problem." Mariana said happily, walking up to Mariana's room with Angelisía. "So, do you need to set the phone up?" She asked as she plopped onto her bed, Angel pulled her computer out, along with the phone. Setting the phone up, and encrypting it.
