"Spill Alina, who's she. Did Zayan get married?" I asked. Curiously waiting for an answer.
Alina forced me into having a sleepover with her,so we could catch up on what we've missed,so i took my chance to ask her about the bugging question.
"Well, Zayan didn't get married." She clarified.
But she called her Bhabi. I can't hallucinate that.
Since i know Zayn is married to Fatima.
Then there's only one option left.
This could only mean one thing.
"But i heard you call her Bhabi. Explain Alina." I said, wanting her to clear my doubt.
"Fine, it's Azan bhai's Wife." She spoke looking away.
Good. That's what i wanted to clarify.
To be honest,i hold no grudges against him anymore. I'm free from him and that's all that matters to me. It's not like he tortured me physically or emotionally, i'm kinda greatful to him doe,if he had rejected, I'd still be married to Asif.
I'm happy he's married now,i hope he'll love and care for her and mend his ways too.
But now, the question is, why did they hid it from me.
"For how long has he been married?" I asked, making her look back at me with sad eyes.
Uhh why is she sad.
"For over three and half years now." She replied lowly.
Woah. Three and half years, and they never even think it's proper to inform me.
"Why did you guys hide it from me? Am i not a part of the family too?" I asked.
"No,of course you are. It's just, mum didn't want to bother you and she was scared to inform you for two reasons. One is, because she thought you wouldn't want to attend and the other one is mainly because she knows that Azan would cancel his wedding if he knows you're coming back." She explained.
Why would he do that?
"And why is that?" I asked, clearly confused about the new found information.
"Well,bhai was pretty obsessed with you,it got worst when you left, it was as if he was going crazy,so mum decided to get him married again, and of course he refused but after much persuation and blackmail,he finnaly agreed on the condition that if you show up for his wedding, then it means you are willing to give him a chance and he'll stop the wedding and be with you,mum agreed and then warned us all not to tell you,so as to prevent that from happening." Alina explained.
