I woke up to the sound of my sister screaming. 'White, open the door of I swear I will burn you alive' she yelled. I groaned, man what a hassle, my sister is so not cute. Basically we're both opposites, I am a tough guy (apparently) with a love for all things fluffy and cute. If you made me chose between the colour blue and pink, pink wins hands down.
Raven my sister is the most tomboyish girl you'll ever meet. Her favourite colour is black and all her clothes are camouflage. When she was five our parents gave her a barbie for her birthday. She burned the barbie's clothes, ripped her head off with her teeth, and stuck the head on a stick outside the front porch. How can a person that looks so cute be so scary, I suppose this is what they call 'a wolf in sheep's clothing'.
To avoid that happening to me I jumped out of bed and raced to the front door. Unfortunately I seemed to have woken up the cute pup as well. He nudged the door open with his nose, and looked up at me with his big brown
eyes. I picked him up and laid him back down in the bed and told him to go back to sleep. Mercifully he dosed off leaving me free to answer the door, how lucky.
I undid the lock and pulled open the door, and was greeted with my sister's face mushed up in a frightening scowl.
'What the hell have you been doing lazy guts, it's time for spartan training. If you don't get out here in 5 minutes, I'll dunk you in the lake until you drown'. She screamed, my sister is so uncaring.
She barged her way inside and headed for the fridge. That's when the puppy decided to whine, it was hardly noticeable. But my sis has the ears of a hawk, and as usual she picked up the sound and immediately and went into military mode. She grabbed her gun and crawled down the hallway, then kicked open my bedroom door. She aimed her gun at the quivering duvet and prepared to fire.
Just in time I whacked the gun out of her hands, man my sis is dangerous. I took the shaking bundle of fluff into my arms. The puppy looked like he'd nearly died of fright, so I gently rocked him in my arms to calm him down. Upon seeing the cute puppy my sister reeled back in disgust, as she hates anything cute and sweet it's basically a childhood trauma. She raced to retrieve her gun.
I quickly gave it a flying kick and it sailed out of the open window and landed with a crunch. 'What do you think your doing, why do you want to kill such a cute little defenceless puppy' I ranted.
She gave me a look of scorn 'it's a question of principles' What is wrong with her, talk about polar opposites, I think sis is messed up.
After cooking Raven breakfast I chucked her out of my house and refused to do her 'spartan training'.
All the time I kept puppy with me, he clung to my shirt and refused to let go, he was scared stiff. I gently pulled him off my shoulder and set him down on the floor. I pulled a brush out of my pocket and puppy took a step back, it looked like he hadn't seen a brush in a while.
I gathered him up in my arms and sat down, I carefully brushed his fluffy fur and he seemed to slowly relax. After 6 minutes he was fast asleep and the very picture of cuteness. I left him on the sofa and put on my coat, I had to do some shopping but was reluctant to leave the pup alone. After assuring myself that he would be fine I set out. Along the way I made a list of all the shops I needed to pick stuff up from, mainly food but I wanted to stop by the pet shop. I needed to buy puppy a bed and a blanket. If puppy is going to stay with me he'll need a bed, and I hope he'll stay with me forever because I don't want him to leave.
