All of us vamps were waiting for our hunters. Yeah i said our got a problem with that. Anyway when we saw them amy had that look on her face that said RUN. they all had it. Maddog looked like she was gonna kill us. "SHADOW JAMES THOMASON ROBTNICK WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU DO" amy screamed down the hall it was last period and the teachers let us roam the halls and right now i wanna be in class far away from her. "Damn shadow what did you do" rouge asked. " it wasnt just him rouge your all gonna get it." Cream said scary calm she gave us a look that made my blood run cold. That was the hunter look. "I fucking cant beleive you assholes right now" maddog said. Her eyes say run to hell your safer there. We ran for our lives screaming 'WHAT DID WE DO' I havnt seen rose all day so what could i have done to piss her off this badly. Apparently all the teachers came out to see what the hell well only the girls the boy teachers know better. Manic had the look of pure rage and scourge looked like he was gonna piss himself. I was gonna choas control us some where safe then i realized I fucking left it at home! "R-rose im sorry for what ever I did please dont kill me." Luckily a teacher saved us and said to just go home since we had our stuff. As soon as we were out the door i heard mr. "Umm guys what did we do" sonic asked ready to go in dark form if need be then i rememberd "sonic dont go dark rose can to and frankly im already scared shitless" i whispered "is the big mean ultimate life form scared of his girlfriend" "hey if being scared means living then yes im scared of rose" i whispered. Sally shot us a glare that said follow us or so help me. We just walked in silence and keeping our gaurd up. We went to my house and rose said "SIT" we sat and they finally told us. "What the fuck were you thinking signing those papers for the hunt." They asked. Then i remembered the hunters send out forms where you can sign up to watch them hunt. "What its just watching you guys hunt right" sonic said confused. Cream smirked and said "no its when you idiots become the hunted" our eyes went wide. "What d-do you m-mean" scourge asked. "Its were we hunt you guys and if you make it through the night you get to live." Rose said. "We didnt know that" sonic whispered. Sally walked up and hugged him. Rose gave me a simpathetic look. "Guys were sorry we screamed we just worry besides you guys get to pick hunters to protect you but only once per each of us and thats to get you guys out of a jam." Manic said. Everyone left, rose was leaving when i grabbed her hand. "Please dont leave me alone right now"i asked i really didnt want her to leave after i got this news. " i wouldnt dream of it shadow" she said somethings off with her right now she never calls me shadow only shady unless somethings wrong. "When they do this hunt and we protect you we will probably end up dieing cause were good for the laws but that dosent mean they will accept my mate being a vamp shadow im going to die" she whispered the last part. I couldnt take it i ran to her, hugging her, and crying i was shaking i never cried, i was breaking down and needed her close to me. She was just holding me. Telling me it would be okay. "Shady baby i will be fine alright" she croaked "no i cant and wont lose you. I need you. I love you. Not after maria, i finally, finally get some light back into my dark world and it gets ripped away letting me fade back into black. Im a danger magnet rose." I let all my emotions out. Rose moved us to the couch and stroked my head saying sweet nothingness into my ears calming me down. "Its gonna be alright shady i know your not gonna let them touch a single hair on my head." She said. As i drifted away to sleep on her i heard her say "i love you to shady and i will protect you even if it kills me." Then everything went black as i fell asleep holding her close.
