The Rules

Me and Aimee got into Lily's red and new Lamborghini, which smelt like a vanilla cupcake. All her seats were vacuumed so that there was not one strand of hair visible. There was no rubbish lying anywhere, except Lily's 'low carb' drink bottle.

'So, there is a few rules to being a popular.' She told us, exaggerating the word popular.

In my head I was thinking it would be like mean girls; to wear pink on certain days, sit with us at lunch, have a burn book ect. But knowing Lily, she would twist things up and call it her own idea.

'Right there are 10 rules that you must follow or you can't be with us. Okay?' She explained to us, looking into my eyes daringly.

The 10 rules were:
1) We all wear our hair in beautiful buns on Fridays.
2) We cannot date anyone unless they are a jock.
3) We will always meet up after school on Thursdays.
4) We all leave class at 11:15am to go to the toilet and check our make-up.
5) We can only sit with the populars at lunch.
6) At lunch you can only have a detoxing smoothie.
7) You can never wear leggings to school.
8) You can never dishonour anyone in the group.
9) We can't ever lie to each other.
10) WE CANT TALK OR MEET UP WITH ANYBODY BUT THE POPULARS!

I was so annoyed about the last rule that I had to talk to Aimee about it when we got to the mall.

Some of the rules, I already knew about thanks to Aimee, but others I was quite shocked at. This popular group must be serious or rules wouldn't be such a big fuss.
But obviously it was something big...

We arrived at the mall, going straight to the Shaking Smoothies stall.

'Five blueberry detox smoothies please, no sugar and make them extra large.' Lily ordered to the, what looked like, 20 year old lady.

I wasn't too keen on blueberries, if you want me to be honest, I hate them. I couldn't exactly tell Lily so I just went with it.

Lily handed the smoothies to us. The smoothies looked like gloopy dark blue nail polish with little black spikes everywhere. I was literally being sick in my mouth just looking at them.

'First off we are going to Loui Vuitton to buy a new handbag for the newbies.' She told Aimee, the two others and I.

Lily and her two solemn friends walked straight in, being super nice to the two men dressed in black right at the door.
If you want me to be honest... I was surprised that the guards even let 13 year olds into a fancy shop. Yet again Lily's mum will know everyone.

'They're guards for the place as its so expensive in here, if your confused.' Aimee explained, obviously noticing my facial expressions.

Not to be on the down side or anything, I didn't exactly want to be in a place where body guards are about. Not that I'm going to steal anything, just the fact that Lily might frame me for something I've not did eg putting shoes into my handbag without me noticing.

Anyway, enough worrying, I need to go talk to Aimee about the rule situation...
