Steve's POV

Steve rubbed his head and groaned from pain. Man, did someone hit him an anvil of something? Metal or not, it hurts like hell. Steve opened his eyes and sat up, only to lock eyes by a man with blank eyes. Steve smiled when he recognized the man and spoke softly "Hello Lil' bro"

The man with blank eyes ignored the unimportant greeting and went straight to the chase "Steve, are you alright? My idiot companion hit you with an anvil because he thought you were one of those monsters that kept chasing us. I hope it didn't do a critical impact on you..." He said, worrying for his brothers condition. Steve just chuckled and replied "It's okay, I'm fine Herobrine. And nice bedroom." Steve looked around in amazement, but seeing the red nether bricks that once was pure red had turn into a beautiful blue, he frowned. He knew that the nether was dying and his village is now downed by someone or something he doesn't know. He was feeling upset about it. Maybe if he wasn't fooling around so much, he'd actually save them! But nope, look where that ended with!

Herobrine saw the discomfort of his brother and asked him if he wanted to join the others, to which he replied with a 'yes'. Steve never really got to see Herobrine's companions much, due to them either busy or in another place. Either way, even with all that, Steve was somehow close friends with them. Heck, they were like family-friends to him. Entity being a child, Dreadlord dealing with the child, Angel and Null going out for important items or stopping conflicts with each other and Horvat just being, the house babysitter of the child and the child-dealer.

Steve smiled at the thought of seeing them again even if the situation that they are all in right now is pretty much damned but he still smiled. As he entered the room with the others, the childish one of the crew jumped on Steve with a giant grin and a breath-taking hug. "Ahh!!! Steveeeeee!!! Your here!!" Entity spoke, squeezing Steve on his chest. Steve can hardly breathe but managed to say "Great to see ya too...buddy...but your.... squeezing the life...outta me..." Entity took the hint and immediately let him go, apologizing after. The others greeted Steve with either a 'Hello', a wave or a nod. Every choices of greeting they made had warm smiles.

Steve smiled. He was very comfortable around these people. Even comfortable with then with Alex! Speaking of Alex, she actually died by the war from an arrow. Steve of course, grieved at the lost of his friend but soon he started to heal slowly and take each step for granted. Everyone was talking with each other and Steve took this chance to ask Herobrine some questions.

"Hey lil bro, what caused....this....to happen?" Steve asked while pointing at the dying nether block. Herobrine sighed and spoke "I.... don't know... whatever is causing it though, seems to be from another dimension. But an unknown one..." Steve questioned "How would you say that?" To which Herobrine replied "Well..there are creatures that was no species of any dimensions we know. They were rather more like....horrific... Creatures..." Herobrine begun shaking at the thought of the creature that attacked him. When the others heard the word 'horric creatures' they tensed up and started shaking. Some even had tears in their eyes. If this caused them to shake in fear because they usually weren't the ones to fear much then this was something important...

Steve noticed Null grab his sketchpad and pencil before he started drawing nervously. Steve waited for him to finish the when he was, Null handed him a picture. Steve's blood froze. The picture was an weird looking creature. It had two large black eyes, a dangling pitch black mouth that hits the chest of the creature, 30 feet tall, pale and clammy skin, bloody claws, and a black tentacles coming out of their mouth. Steve was horrified at it's appearance...he immediately walked to the fire that was recently made by Horvat and threw the paper. Steve was not gonna sleep indeed. Steve took a deep breath before going back to his seat. Silence. Steve then asked "Sooooo....uh....what do we do now?" Herobrine was about to answer but was cut off by the castle door banged open. Steve ran to the stairs to see what caused thee noise and was terrified. It was one of the creatures. Steve yelled out "RUN!!!" before they went to a full sprint to a long hallway, with the creature behind them, roaring.
