Chapter 10 House

McWinkle had done it. The code had been cracked. A way to track down Sam, by a food he had snacked.

"Green eggs and ham. Green eggs and ham. Green eggs and ham!" While McWinkle was looking at the photos of Sam and his meal, he got very excited that he found a way to find him. "Three orders of green eggs and ham, coming right up!" The waitress taking an order. McWinkle heard her and tried to stop her, "What? No! I didn't order that."

Gluntz sat down on the stool and said, "Uh-oh, someone is hangry." He said, "I'm not hangry, Gluntz. I'm happy!" Gluntz points out, "Well, that's the first." He added, "Because I just caught our man. Plus, I've found out about those new girls." She asked looking around the diner, "Where? Where is he?" McWinkle turned his partner around to face the bunch of pictures of Sam and those scary monsters in posters and said, "Take a hard look at those photos, rookie, and tell me what you see."

Gluntz said looking at the pictures, "Sam-I-Am eating his favorite dish. Just like he did at the Half-Off Restaurant, and in the car, and in jail. And those seven girls, known as the furless creatures glued shredded furs on costumes so they can blend in, their eyes are colored, and grew wings, tails, and ears while playing the instruments. Yeah, I figured those out like three episode chapters ago." McWinkle were shocked as some of his blue fur turned grey.

"You know, if we were to track everyone who ordered green eggs and ham, I bet we'd be able to track down Sam!" Gluntz said while not realizing that the waitress already added another order of green eggs and ham.

McWinkle said putting on his shades, "Yeah. Now, let's stop gabbing and start tracking, cause it's time to finish my one last job." "Four orders of green eggs and ham!" The waitress called just when the BADGUYS were about to walk out.

As the bus drove to Stovepipe Junction, Sam was sipping the green eggs and ham smoothie. Guy who was so annoyed by Sam's slurping stopped him from slurping some more. "Pretty sure it's done." Sam said, "Where are my manners? I didn't offer you anything." Guy said, "I'll be fine. And I'm pretty sure that Pinkie would love to have some with yours." Pinkie who heard everything said, "No thanks, Guy. I'm good. I already had some of Sam's smoothie." Sam said looking at in the cup, "Yeah, and besides, there's still a few driblets left. And driblets are the best part." Guy is still disgusted by looking at inside the cup. Sam poured some of remaining of the smoothie in his mouth.

"Oh! Look! Everyone! We're almost to Stovepipe Junction." Sam said looking out the window. The team looked at the window and see the town. The girls were amazed to see the of the town. Fluttershy said, "It's so pretty." Rarity said, "I've got to see the whole town. I wonder they have a store that sells beautiful outfits. I wanna try them all." Applejack said, "Easy, Rarity. We cannot spend so much money on clothes. We need enough to get to Meepville."

Guy said, "Applejack is right. There's no need to spend time there. We'll just move on to Meepville." Sam said, "What? No. We gotta check out the Junction. Fludzner's Guide says it's lovely this time of year. Great for families, couples, and best friends on the run." He hugged his best friend who felt uncomfortable with him hugging.

Sam opened the briefcase to peak at the Chickeraffe. "We could head downtown for a promenade. Mr Jenkins loves antiquing." Mr Jenkins squawks from in the briefcase. Guy quickly closed the case and said, "There's a hotel right near the bus station, so there's no need to venture into town where we might be seen."

Sunset asked, "Okay. But seen by whom?" Twilight asked suspicious, "And how do you know that there's a hotel by the station? Have you been here before?" Guy said, "I heard about it from the papers and we're fugitives. I'm worried about anyone seeing us. And downtown, you know, it's super busy on Bangsday." Sam said suspicious, "Hmm, for a guy who doesn't know a lot about Stovepipe Junction, you sure know a lot about Stovepipe Junction. " Sunset said very suspicious too, "Yeah. He sure does."
