Losing and comforting

Isagi's team lost the match, and you did predict something like this could happen. You can sense that Isagi is blaming himself for the loss. After the match ended, you went to Isagi but felt a little uneasy, like you were being watched or something. But you shook that feeling off. 

Currently, you are walking beside Isagi, and you know that he is upset about the whole thing. You decided to stop in front of him. You gave him a tight hug because you knew he was holding his emotions back, and comforting him is your first priority.

"Yoichi, please don't blame yourself for this. I know that you are sad and trying to hold your emotion back, but holding it back will just make everything worse. So please don't hold back your emotions."You said this to him in order to comfort him. You felt him holding you tightly, and you knew he was crying.

"Y/n, I knew I could make that goal, but I still decided to pass the ball and missed the goal." "If I didn't pass the ball, there could've been a chance that we could have scored a goal." He said this as he was still crying.

You let him cry more because it will help him remove the heaviness from his chest.You were patting him on the back in order to comfort him more. After a few minutes, you broke the hug and looked straight into his eyes. "Yoichi, it was not your fault." So try not to get super upset over this. "Mistakes are made for a reason, and you should not cry over them; you should try to learn from them." You said that as you reached to wipe away his tears. "And wipe those sad tears away; they don't suit you." Isagi just nodded his head. You knew that he was still sad, so you decided to cheer him up, and an idea came into your mind.

"Yoichi, come with me." "I want to take you somewhere." You said this as you pulled him by the arm and dragged him along with you.

"Y/N, where are we going?" Isagi asked you. "It's a surprise, just wait. I promise you that you will love it."

After a few minutes, you reached a cafe where you wanted to go with Isagi for a while. You both went in and took a seat at a nearby open table. "Yoichi, sit here for a moment." "I will be right back, okay." You said that to him, and you left to order some cakes for both you and Isagi. After ordering, you went back to Isagi.

After a few minutes, a waiter came to give your order. You made sure that you got Isagi's favorite. Even though you got Isagi's favorite, he didn't touch any of the food. So you took a spoonful of cake and decided to feed him. "Yoichi say ahh~" He opened his mouth, and you fed him the cake. His eyes sparkled from the sweet taste. You just giggled at his reaction because you found it adorable. "I assume you liked it." You said smiling at him. "Yeah, it's really good." Isagi replied back to you. So you ended up hand-feeding him the sweets because he was now enjoying himself and you wanted him to feel better.

"Y/N Chan, you didn't eat anything." Isagi asked you because he ate all the sweets because he was enjoying you feeding him. You just smiled at him and said, "Yoichi, the fact that you are feeling better now and enjoying yourself is enough for me." He started to blush because of your sincere words. "Y/N Chan, at least let me pay for everything." He said to you, "No need, Yoichi, I already paid for everything." He looked a little sad after your response. You just let out a small sigh. "Yoichi, you know that I like spoiling you, so don't feel sad about this simple matter." "But the next time I will pay when we hang out." He said it with a determined look on his face. "Okay, next time, you will pay." You said this while patting him on the head.

"Anyway, Yoichi, let me drop you home since Jun is coming to pick me up." You said that to him. "Y-y/n chan, there is no need for that; I can go alone; you don't have to do these; you already have done enough for me." Isagi said this to you while blushing even more. "I insist, and I will not take no for an answer." You told him firmly. He knew he wouldn't be able to change your mind, so he decided to accept your offer. 

A little later, Jun came to pick you up. But you told Jun to first drop Isagi off at his place and then come back to pick you up. "Y/N Chan, is there any problem?" Isagi asked you. "No, Yoichi, it's just a friend of mine who wanted to discuss something with me, so I told them to come here and discuss the matters." "You go ahead and text me when you reach home, okay." You said that to him. Isagi just gave a short nod and went inside the car. Jun understood that something wasn't right and decided not to question you. "Y/n, I will be back soon, so don't go anywhere or decide to go home alone, okay." You just nodded your head. Jun drove the car and went away. You just went back inside the cafe and took a seat where you were previously.

"You know it's not nice to stalk people when they are trying to enjoy themselves." You said that to the person who was sitting at the table behind you. The person looked at you and smiled, "Well, I won't call it stalking; I was mainly observing you." "Are you sure, Ryosuke san?" "Because to me, you were following us from the beginning after the ending ceremony." "Is there something you wanted to ask me?" You said that to him. "Well, you did really catch my interest, and I wanted to get to know you better." "I really mean no harm." He said it as he was defending himself.

You stared at him for a moment and then smiled. "Sure, we can get to know each other, but you could've directly approached me instead of following me." You told him. "I could've, but I was a little nervous to approach you directly." He said it in a nervous tone. "Anyways, moving on, do you have anything else to ask me?" You asked him. "Ah, yes, could you, um, please give me your number?" He asked you. "Sure." You answered him. He gave you his phone to type your number. You quickly did so and gave his phone back to him. Kira was about to say something, and at that moment, Jun came back to pick you up. "Sorry, my guardian came to pick me up. I have to go now. Take care." You left him and quickly went inside the car.

Kira's pov

"I finally have her number." "I couldn't stop staring at her when I first laid eyes on her." He was smiling like an idiot while looking at his phone. "I just hope I can win her heart and make her mine."
