Birthday wishes 🎂🎉

Today is Isagi's birthday, and today is also a day of mischief. So just for today, you decided to mess with Isagi just for the fun of it. And you roped in the whole team into your plan.

Today Isagi was really excited because, well, today is his birthday. And he doesn't expect too much from others, but he is expecting you to be the first one to wish him. He was with you and was waiting. But you didn't say anything to him. You just told him about the schedule that he has to follow up on to improve his skills and the normal greetings; that's all.

Isagi was really being patient right now, but it is going to cross the line now. He didn't want to ask you directly about it, so he decided to ask you indirectly. "Hey Y/N Chan, do you know what day it is today?" He asked you. "Oh, it's April 1st, Isagi." You honestly reply back. "No, that's not what I meant." "Isn't there an occasion today?" He pressed further. "Oh my God, Isagi, you are right." I totally forgot about it. "You told him." He was happy that you remembered his birthday. But that smile went upside down really quickly after what you said later. "Yoichi, I totally forgot that today is April Fool's Day. even though it's nothing special. Aside from that, I don't think today is anything special at all.

"Really, are you sure?" Isagi asked you. "I am positive." You told him. "Oh okay." Isagi said that with a sad smile on his face. "Yoichi, is something wrong?" You asked him in a worried tone. "No, it's okay, everything's fine, there is nothing to worry about." He told you. "But you seem upset. "Did I do something to upset you?" You asked him. "Not at all." He told you, trying to reassure you that he was fine. "Okay, as long as you are fine," "Anyway, Yoichi, I will be seeing you in the training room, bye." Then you ran off.

Isagi's pov

"She really forgot about my birthday." "And I thought that she would be the last person to forget about it." *Sigh* "I really don't blame her; she is really working hard on improving everyone's skills, so I shouldn't be really upset over this." "But it still hurts that she of all people didn't wish me." "I guess I will go back to training to forget about it."

No one's POV

After walking down the hallway, he went inside the training room. The room was pitch black. He went inside to turn on the lights. But when he turned the lights back on, he was surprised by the confetti, balloons, and decorations in the room. "Happy birthday, Isagi!" Everyone yelled.

He was happy that everyone had wished him well, but he wasn't happy at that moment. Because it wasn't you who wished him.

"Hey, Isagi. You look upset. What's up?"    Bachira asked him. "It's nothing Y/N chan didn't wish me yet." Isagi told him in a sad tone. But then...

"Happy birthday to you." "Happy birthday, dear Yoichi. "Happy birthday to you!" You came in with a gigantic cake. 

"Happy birthday, Yoichi. "I am sorry that I kind of hurt your feelings at the start because I wanted to surprise you."

"Yep, and all this was Y/N's idea to begin with." Bachira told him. "Thank you so much, Y/N Chan, it really means a lot to me." Then he pulled you closer for a hug.
(Cue jealousy in other's eyes)

After breaking from the hug, you asked everyone, "Anyway, now that phase 1 is complete, is everyone ready for phase 2?" "Y/N, what's in phase 2?" Isagi asked you. You just gave him a closed-eye smile. Then he looked over at the others and saw that everyone was holding a paper plate with whipped cream on it. And it doesn't take a genius to figure out what's going to happen next.

After all that, it was now time to cut the cake. Everyone sang happy birthday to him, and everyone helped themselves to a piece of cake. After that, everyone went back to sleep, leaving only you and Isagi. "I really enjoyed today except for the phase 2 thing." Isagi told you. "I am glad that you enjoyed it." You told him. "By the way, Yoichi, I have a gift for you." You added. "You really didn't have to," Isagi said to you. "It's fine, and I assure you that you will love it." Then you gave him a box, wrapped up beautifully. 

"Open it up." You told him. He then removed the wrapping paper from the box, and when he opened the box, he was surprised. It was a Noel Noa poster with his signature on it and a Noel Noa plushie. "Y/N Chan, how did you get his autograph?" He asked you. You just smiled at him and said, "That's a story for another day." You came close to him and gave him a little kiss on the cheek before leaving. "Again, happy birthday, Yoichi. "I hope we can make more happy memories like this in the future." And then you left, leaving the poor boy a blushing mess because it was the first time he was kissed by a girl other than his mother.
