I bound up the stairs to the bullpen and march into Voight's office and take a seat.
"Can I help you with something?" He asks peering at me.
"What is your problem?" I question crossing my legs.
"Excuse me?" He asks leaning back in his chair.
"I've been here for over a month and all I've done is sit here on my ass. When I can be outside in the field
helping. Well let me just tell you this sergeant Hank Voight." I say leaning closer. "I am not scared of you so try as you might to get me to leave I'm not going anywhere." I finish standing up. He says nothing as I leave his office.Hank's P.O.V.
I watch as Daniels leave my office and wait for the door to shut before I reopen the file I got on her. She was born & raised in Morrison, Illinois. I see basic school records. There's no record of her whereabouts after high school only from when she joined the military. I decide to look into her file on my computer but I got a road block as well.
'Higher Clearance Required'
What are you hiding Daniels? Whatever it is I intend to find out.

"I'm here now what do you want?" I question crossing my arms.
"I want to talk." Jay asks as I lean against my car.
"About what?" I ask still not looking at him.
"You know what, Bella." He states making me sigh.
"Let's not rehash the past Jay, what's done is done." I respond looking at him then shutting the trunk.
"I should have been there to protect you more and I am so sorry I didn't help you. I should have done whatever I could to make sure you were safe. I'm so sorry Bella, I am so sorry." Jay says letting out a sob. "I should have took you away and done something sooner. I'm so sorry I didn't get you out, I failed you." He adds sobbing even harder. I wrap my arms around him. A sigh leaves my mouth as I hold him awkwardly.
"I never once blamed you for anything that happened to me. So don't go blaming yourself you hear me?" I question holding onto his face. "I had to do what I could to protect you and Greg." I added.
"But why won't you talk to me?" He questions sniffling while looking up at me. "Why are you pushing me away?" He questions hurt written all over his face. "What do I have to do for you to let me in again?" He asks wiping his eyes
"I'm not a good person Jay. I wouldn't get too close to me if I were you. If you knew a fraction of the things I've done you would think so too." I explain solemnly.
"I could never think less of you; you're my best friend." He says trying to assure me. "I love you." He adds. I let out a sigh before looking back at him.
"And I would like to believe that I would but you shouldn't make that kind of promise." I state running my hand through my hair.
"You can tell me." He states looking at me.
"You're just going to have to trust me that you're better off not knowing." I tell him.
"I trust you." He says and I give a small smile in response. "But you have to promise me something." He adds.
"And what is this going to cost me?" I ask crossing my arms.
"Promise that you won't be a strange anymore?" He questions hopefully.
"No promises but I'll try." I reply with a shrug. He smiles back and turns around to go back into his apartment complex. "Hey Jay?" I question turning back around.
"Yeah?" He replies turning towards me.
"Uh, never mind I'll see you at work tomorrow be safe." I reply before getting into my car. I put my seatbelt on and drive out of the parking lot. Once I get to the studio I park and turn off the car. I grab my stuff making sure to lock my car. I walk pass the front desk right into the studio. I set my stuff down then put my hair in a ponytail. I walk to stand in the middle of the room. I extend one leg forward and place my head to my knee as I begin to stretch.
I turn the music on once I finish stretching.
I let out a deep breath before turning on another song.

I've been following Daniels for a while now and I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary yet. I look back into my rear view mirror to keep watch. A little over an hour later Daniels walks out. I let a few seconds pass before starting up my car and following after her. As we stop at a red light I make sure I'm a few cars behind to keep out of sight.

Once I get home I lock the door and double checking to make sure it's locked. I put my stuff down and make way to my room. I sit at my desk and start typing away. After getting pass the fire wall I click on the alert that I'm needed for another mission. I write down the address. I turn towards my closet and I pick out what I'm going to wear. Once that's done I sit back down at my desk. I go to review recorded camera footage. I don't find anything out of the ordinary on my camera feed. I send the footage to my remote server to be deleted. After I sign out I stand up stretching my legs. I change into my pajamas then put my hair into a messy bun. I tie my head scarf on before getting into bed. I grab a water bottle from the refrigerator and place it on my nightstand. I get under the covers and snuggle into the mattress.
