Life is just... surprising today you're alive and well and tomorrow you're not. I just received sad news that my paternal uncle lost his life in a tragic plane crash, his wife is finding it hard to accept that her husband is dead. We came back from Texas yesterday night around 11pm. We got on the first flight we got back to Nigeria.
Y'all must be thinking about this "we" It's not me and my wife it's ne and my cousin Hammad. Salmah didn't want to come along because instead of mourning the deceased the "family" will make her feel bad for not having a child after 6 years after marriage and why she miscarried one baby. I remember what happened when she miscarried the baby which was totally the fault of the Aunts in this family

  She kept staring at nothing with tears running down her cheeks not because she was insulted not like its the first time it's happening. The family have tried every possible way to help her recover from her state of shock and denial, they even went as far as hitting her and it's like she became numb she didn't even wince or move or anything nothing she was just there and seeing his wife like that broke him. It's been a 5 days since she miscarried the baby and it looks like just a day to her since it happened the only thing she does is praying, crying and sleeping in that manner , she doesn't eat at all the only thing she takes is water that too occasionally. On the 7th day she started therapy and was still in the hospital with her cousin Fareeda when she was told  Aunt Danya came to visit her  when she entered the room she said "Assalam Alikum"
"Waalaikum wassalam,welcome Aunt Danya have a seat" Fareeda  told her very politely and she was answered rather in an unpleasant manner when Aunt Danya told her she wasn't talking to her and added some rather insulting words just to make her feel bad Fareeda then Took her phone and iPpods and silently sat down, after connecting her iPods she pretends as if she is listening to music-on second thougjt she disconnected it but left the device in her ear-she then positioned her phone in a way that would record everything and not be obvious she knew Aunt Danya is trouble so incase she decides to go outside and lie to the other family members it's better to have proof right?. Aunt Danya now Asked if Salmah couldn't talk, seeing as no-one responded she stood up from her chair and walked towards the bed in the suite where salmah was and tried hitting her for not responding to her question but her hand was caught mid air which honestly took her by surprise because whenever she raises her hand to hit her she NEVER stops her so she was bound to be surprised, her hand was thrown away harshly and Fareeda nearly giggled but quickly mask it off with a calm face she picks her phone and holds it in a way a person would think she is watching a movie and continues recording watching through her screen."don't even think about it, ever again Aunt Danya was beyond surprised she was speechless as she kept opening and closing her mouth like a possessed fish[ (A/N remember this book is completely fiction okay my Imagination oo tohm) ]"hey, girl, you look pathetic"Aunt Dnya said to Salma and Salma being Cold didn't even take a glance at her so she continued " just because had misscarrige"she got no reaction at all which made her more mad than she already is and added "it's just a baby you can always make another one woman" and that did the trick because the next thing I heard was a very, very loud sound then someone falling followed by another loud sound Fareeda jumped from the couch she was seated on and checked Aunt Danya whose cheeks has swollen and the area is red her fake lashes started removing itself and her veil on the bed her forehead swelled up due to the impact with the tiles,serious swelling, Fareeda being Fareeda snapped her pictures before pressing the emergency button and the next second two n
urses and a doctor came rushing in they wheeled her out of the suite and left closing the door behind them. Fareeda now asked her cousin what was wrong and she started crying heavily, Fareeda pacified her and got her to sleep, awaking her phone and waking out she went to ask about the lady wheeled out of their suite and they say she is in the ICU, Apperently she broke her arm, lost her front teeth and had a concussion. I never knew ,Salmah like that till I saw the video myself at first I didn't believe that My wife did that to Aunt Danya I knew they both disliked each other , I only believed it after Fareeda showed Me the video but I was surprised and shocked.Now back to how she had  she was her first trimester  when she was invited to a barbecue in the back yard of the Family house, all the wives of the grandsons, great grandson's with wives cousins, nieces in all the young-Adults in the family were all invited not all could make it tho. Let me tell you my wife is Asthmatic  and she went there and they used a charcoal meat griller how there was smoke no-one knows..everyone knew they just didn't want to say it. That's how the smoke started and then she started to feel dizzy and hyperventilating no one noticed and her bag was upstairs in their room as she was making her way up the stairs to enter the kitchen she tumbled down and lost consciousness that how Hammads wife also miscarried her baby in the same event and same day it was also  their first child:her and Hammad.
  From then Salmah became cold towards the rest of her husbands family, even Hammad's wife shaheedah became distant to them.
