Hey everyone! I have some EXCITING NEWS to share today! This has been something in the works for about a year now, and I'm so happy I can finally tell you guys!

Some of you might remember a while back when I asked for opinions and suggestions on a new title for Silent Luna. Well, I picked one out just in time for BLVNP Publishers to contact me about a wonderful opportunity to publish and represent it!

So. . . Without further ado, I give you the very happy news that BREAKING THE SILENCE is heading to Amazon where it can be purchased in its a paperback form!!! YAYYYYY!

I cannot thank you all enough for the support and love and even the constructive criticism you guys have given me over the years about Silent Luna and it could never have turned into Breaking the Silence, a novel I can hold in my hands, without you!
I love writing so much, and I'm beyond grateful to have all of you whom I can share it with. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING! <3

NOW. This does not mean I am leaving wattpad by any means. I still plan to write and post here. It just means that you now have the chance to take your support from this website and to Amazon! Breaking the Silence on here will be reduced to only the first 15 chapters. I know that sucks to those who know the story and have reread it so many times, BUT the published paperback version WILL HAVE AN EXTRA EPILOGUE as well as a slight change to the ending of the book, so it will be different than what you guys know anyway!

I AM SO SO EXCITED FOR THIS AND I HOPE YOU ALL ARE TOO!! *screams of giddiness*

ANOTHER THING!
The book is going to be published on February 18, 2023. On this site, you can participate in a book cover contest for Breaking the Silence. You can create and submit the cover you've always wanted and imagined for the story. And who knows? Maybe you'll be the lucky one to have his/her name on the book cover!

You? A book cover artist? Imagine that!

The following are the things you need to know before joining the contest:

• Send the cover to my agent (Winnie) at ftwagent@gmail.com on or before February 4, 2023.

• Know that if we choose your cover, you will get credit on the physical cover. If you're an aspiring graphic artist, this can be a good addition to your portfolio and might bring you future work from us and other book publishers.

• If your cover wins, you will have to fill out a form that lets us have the cover.

• The use of copyrighted images is NOT allowed. Please use royalty-free images.

• If your cover wins, we will do everything we can to use it. However, you need to know that there can be odd reasons why we might not be able to. For example, we might not be able to use the Photoshop file because of an error or we might find a copyrighted image in the cover design.

The cover must meet the following requirements:

• High resolution in JPG and PSD (Photoshop) format so we can use it for the paperback version of the book

• 5.5 in x 8.5 in and 300 DPI (pixels per inch)

• Must have the book title "Breaking the Silence" and the author's name "Teyah Leigh"

Some tips:

• The cover has to look good in Amazon thumbnail size. Attract possible readers; make them want to click on it.

• The text needs to be readable.

• Maximum use of two fonts only.

By the way, this is not mandatory. I'm only giving you guys the chance to get involved in the book launch because I couldn't have gotten here without you. I can't thank you all enough!
