♤ HONORABLE MENTIONS

♤ Your graphics always show me something beautiful and new and I loved how this really captured the prompt. You have the dark, spooky ghost town with the group of friends looking around at what's around them. The mist, there's plenty of it and it definitely fits what I envisioned for this prompt. Thank you for your lovely work!

♤ I really like how you went with the lighter theme, like before everything went dark and it became creepy. The isolation and the older style building in the back really do play into the ghost town concept and of course you perfectly included mist in your entry. I also really like how you manipulated the text to make it a bit wavy, since I think it compliments the mist! Well done, really.

♤ THIRD PLACE

♤ This graphic is honestly gorgeous and it looks very professional in my opinion, kind of like something I might see on a book shelf or even for a movie. I love how the text is slightly blurred at the edges blending into the mist around, and of course I love all the mist you added around her. The colors all compliment each other really well and the soft light coming from the lantern is really well done and looks very natural. The only down side is I don't really get ghost town or ghosts in general from this. Other than that this graphic is overall very beautiful.

♤ I know you're just recently getting into graphic designing and I think that this is what makes me so impressed by this. For a beginner this is very well put together and well edited. When I first started manipulation was very hard and I would not have been able to add a building into and empty scene like you have here. I love the use of the friends pairing and the mist. The run down building in the back goes great with the prompt given and I love the use of the tall ghost. It kind of reminds me of that Japanese urban legend. Great work with this one!

♤ FIRST PLACE

♤ I could go on and on about how much I love this graphic honestly. First things first, I love the 3 faceclaims to represent the group of friends and how you picked one as the main character and made his image more clear to provide focus. Their shadows also look so real and I love that very much since it helps the entire graphic have a more realistic feel. Next, the town I can see in the back is perfectly in line with the prompt, as well as the spirits floating in the air above really showing the ghost town aspect. The lighting is stunning and it too, looks very realistic and natural. Lastly, the mist is stunningly done, how it looks like a fog all around and I'm in love with how you blurred the word "Mist" to make it look as if it's blending with the actual mist. I can't stop looking at this graphic. Amazing work!
