Tommy had carried me to his house. My brain felt to damn foggy and fizzy, it felt calm as he tried to help me fully calm down from my panic attack earlier. I felt safe for the first time in years. I felt loved, cared for, and safe, I never want to leave this house ever. I wanna be happy again for ever. As Tommy left I tried to grab for him my mindset getting slightly bigger now at 4, I felt better and could finally get a small thought through, no longer overwhelmed with thoughts and anxiety's of the big kid world. 
"Tom tom's?" I wined as he left to the kitchen 
"I'll be right back little one" he said to reassure me. The entire time he was in the kitchen he made sure he was still visible to me, it made me feel a lot better to see him at least. It took a bit but when he came back he was holding some snacks and a bottle. (Tommy has them because of other littles he takes care of). He was holding something else but I couldn't see it as he gently helped me sit up so we could cuddle. He turned on some cartoons and I just snuggled with Tommy as he helped me eat the goldfish, I was quite stubborn as I really didn't want to eat something. I was afraid that if I did eat I wouldn't get to again. He eventually got me to eat a very small but fair amount of the goldfish and waited for me to get sleepy till he put the bottle to my lips, I took it and began to willingly drink it, it was easier to drink than eat as I could just swallow no chewing needed, it made me sleepy. The milk was so warm and calming. As I began to close my eyes I heard Tommy say something but I couldn't make out anything he said, I was too tired and just let myself drift into a peaceful and calm sleep.
