As i sit in the office at the police station i think to my self how could this happen to me. If my dad stayed with my mom and I, i wouldn't be in this situation right now. When the police officer came back in to the office he ask me how i got all these bruises, i wanted to tell him that i fell down the stairs but i told him the truth." My step father beat me". I see the look on the officers face like he wanted to hug me and tell me that everything will be all right. The officer told me that he will try his best to locate my mom and step father but we have to know where they are going. The officer told me that he had someone in the other room trying to located my father and tell him what have been happening. My dad wont want me, he left me and my mom for a reason. I just want a family thats wants me and loves me. The officer was talking with the person in the other room i couldn't hear what were they saying. I see a smile form on his face. The officer comes back in to the room and tells me that they have found my father and that he lives about 3 hours away and that he will be in his way. As i sit in the office i think to myself what is he going to say to me , what is he going to do when he see s all these bruises. I have so many question going through my mind for him. I hope this goes well when i meet him.
