Puss' Fam

Kitty walked into her hideout Puss was in. "Hey, mi amor. You got a letter." She handed her amor a white note. He read it and sat quietly for a moment. "It's my parents." He whispered. Kitty's eyes widen as the note was from his parents. "They want me to visit them."

"Your real parents? Not your adopted mom?" Kitty asked just to make sure. "My real parents." He told her. Kitty gave the tabby cat a warm smile. "You should go." She told him and stroked his back gently. "Fine. But I'm taking you, Perrito, and Lucía with me."

"That's fine." Kitty rolled her eyes playfully. "Good. We'll leave first thing in the morning." He kicked his boots off and unbuckled his belt. He took his hat off and placed it next to him. He rolled on his side. Kitty took her boots off and unbuckled her belt. She layed the opposite way of him right next to him.

They both fell fast asleep. Meanwhile the 2 pups were laying next to each other and chattering.

"I can't wait to meet Puss' parents!" Perrito told Lucía and wagged his tail rapidly. "I haven't known them for long but I can't either." Lucía's soft voice spoke. They fell asleep soon after.

Puss opened his eyes tiredly and looked at the clock. It read 5:45 a.m. He yawned and sat up. He got off the cat bed and buckled his belt back on. He put his boots on quickly and positioned his hat on his furry head. He looked to the bed and didn't see his love. "Kitty?" He called.

"I'm here." Kitty walked over to Puss and pecked his cheek. "Puppies. Time to wake up." Kitty gently swayed Perrito and Lucía trying to wake them up. They look tiredly at Kitty and yawn. They both stretch and yawn. They head on the road after they eat breakfast.

"I have never seen them. How did they find me?" Puss was particularly talking to himself but Kitty butted in. "Maybe they missed you." She told him. Puss looked down in thought highly doubting that or they would have never gave him up. Or would they?

They finally reached the address that was on the note. They looked to see a run down house with a flower garden. Puss knocked on the door. A woman answered, "Hello?" She asked but froze. "Honey! Come quick!" She shouted in the house. A man came to the door and froze also.

"Puss!" The woman teared up and hugged the ginger. "Mom." He said quietly.

Josie, Puss' mom, is a cream colored cat with beautiful jade eyes. Her fur is so shiny and felt like silk.

Andres, Puss' dad, is a very orange tabby cat with very dark green eyes. His fur is messy but clean.

"Oh, son." Andres smiled at his son. Josie pulled away from the hug and looked behind Puss to see the tuxedo cat. "Oh, Puss. Your wife or girlfriend is beautiful."

"She's my wife." Puss grabbed Kitty by her waist and pulled her towards him. "She's pregnant." Josie pointed out. "How did you?" Puss started. "I'm a female cat. I can scent." She smiled happily as she knows she's gonna be a grandma.

A small tabby kitten ran up behind Josie and looked at Puss. The little kittens eyes widen. "Hey, Sage!" Puss smiled happily to see his little sister. Sage ran up to Puss and hugged him. "Big brother!" She cried happily. She looked at the tuxedo cat by his side. "Sissy." She spoke to Kitty. "I am Kitty Softpaws." She shook Sage's little paw. "Big brothers wife?" She asked. Kitty nodded still holding her little paw.

"Mommy? Are they having kittens?" Sage may have been little but she wasn't stupid. She was rather smart for her age. "Yes, dear." Josie groomed Sage's little head. "There's an extra room upstairs." Andres told his son, daughter-in-law, and the 2 pups. Puss lead his crew to the extra room. 2 cat beds. Puss and Kitty would sleep in one and Perrito and Lucía would sleep in the other. They had planned that.

"Dinners ready!" Josie yelled to everyone. The family sat down at the table alongside Puss, Kitty, Perrito, and Lucía. Sage kept talking to Kitty, she enjoyed it. "The food smells good." Kitty complimented. "Thank you, honey." Josie smiled at the new family member.

They ate and laughed together. Sage yawned and Josie picked her up. "It's bedtime." She kissed her tired daughter's forehead. She headed up to Sage's room and tucked her in. "I guess we should settle since we're staying awhile." Puss told his lover. She agreed and headed upstairs with the pups.

The pups settled in their cat bed and fell asleep short after. Puss kicked off his boots and took his belt off. He placed his hat on the floor next to him. Kitty took her boots off and her belt. She laid her mask next to the cat bed and curled up. Puss curled next to her.

"Love you, mi amor." Puss smiled at his love. "Love you." Kitty replied and they dozed off shortly after.
