After completing the school they all went to the newly launched cafe near there school with the name " PIE LIE" unique name it was there first time visiting that cafe and who knewed that this cafe would be very special and memorable for hitoshi!
Her friends along with hitoshi were shocked cause the cafe was decorated beautiful with the cute messages, birthday banner, photo cards, confetti ,balloons and her favourite neon lights!
Hitoshi:- guyzz thanks a lott it literally means a lot to me this decoration made me cry happily! It's my best time , I could never forget this day !
Friends:-But wait hitoshi we haven't done this! Then whome??? Yess whoo has done this??? Who could be???
Itachi:- umm. Hitoshi it's was me who have done this all I thought to give a Lil suprise to you , pls don't get angery !

By this hitoshi cut her cake then every had a full joyful party with dance , singing, games and delicious food ofcourse!! But the main twisting part was when Itachi offered hitoshi for dance and then confessed bout the feelings he had for her !
Itachi:- hitoshi I wanna say something that umm thatt hmmm!
