the last bell of the day rang, signifying the end of the day. I had my favorite class of the day, MUSIC. I was packing my things up when my teacher, Ms. Valentia, Walked up to me.
"Elizabeth i just wanted to tell you what a good job you did playing the guitar in today's lesson." Ms. Valentia praised as i had the biggest smile on my face.
" Thank you Miss, Ive been practicing a lot lately."
"No problem at all, I was actually wondering if you would be willing to participate in the talent show taking place in a few months. would you be willing to be a part of it?"
"REALLY MISS OH MY GOD OF COURSE I WOULD YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW HAPPY THIS MAKES ME. ILL PRACTICE EVERYDAY FOR THE NEXT FEW MONTHS F-" I stopped myself before I could continue
"I mean, yeah sure its whatev's" I said in a calm tone
"well okay then" Ms. Valentia laughed before walking away
I packed the rest of my things before walking out of the classroom, and started my quest of looking for Leigh-anne and Emily. I walk around the school until I found Leigh-Annes curly mop of hair in front of the door to the bathroom
It wasnt that hard to find her, since she was yelling at Emily to get out of the bathroom.
"EMILY GET THE HELL OUT ALREADY. IM NOT WAITING HERE ALL DAY FOR YOU" Leigh-Anne yells into the door
I walk up to Leigh-Anne and wait for the perfect time to scare her
"Ive literally been in here not even a minute calm the fuck down!" Emily exclaims through the door
I took that as a sign to pull Leigh-Anne back and scream
As I was pulling her back, Leigh-Anne screamed so loud, the whole school heard her
"JESUS CHRIST, LIZ WHY DO YOU ALWAYS DO THAT!" Leigh-Anne screams as she trys to get out of my grip
this actually made Emily swing open the door and yell "WHAT IS WR- oh hey Liz! How was music class?"
"nothing much Im gonna be in the talent show!" I yell, letting go of Leigh-Anne and moving Towards Emily
"HOLY SHIT ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? ARE YOU GONNA SING IN IT TOO OR NOT? PLEASE SAY YES!"
"I dont know yet I just got asked like 5 minutes ago" I say nonchalantly
"Well I think that this calls for a celebration then! What do you want to do oh fair princess?" Leigh-Anne says as she bows down
"I wanna go to tina's diner" I say as I pull Leigh-Anne up from her position.
"Then Tinas it is then! we haven't been there In a long time" Emily says
"yeah we haven't can we go now? Ill drive." I say
Emily and Leigh-Anne's eyes light up and they start sprinting towards my car
I had a light Green beetle to drive around. it had scratches put there by the stupid kids on my block, and it needed a wash badly. other than that it was right as rain
Emily and Leigh-Anne got into the car and waited patiently for me to turn on the car and start driving. they started cheering once I have gotten out of the school driving towards tinas
Tinas diner was where everyone went to afterschool
We arrive at the diner and walk in and sit at an empty table and order our usual, which were fries and shakes.
"Ay Liz, did you hear about Eric yet?" Leigh-Anne said once she settled down in her chair
"No what about Eric? Did he break up with his girl then get back together in the span of three seconds?" I say sarcastically as I take my phone out of my bag.
Eric was one of the football players at our school, he always liked me even though I haven't returned any feelings or even talked to him
"Well how did you know? Leslie just dumped him and now he's on the prowl for you, people are saying that he's gonna ask you out in a few weeks" Leigh-Anne gossiped. She was always the girly girl and drama queen of our small group of friends
"Lucky guess" I say as I stare at the tray of food being brought to our table
"Oh wow, look at you, little fortune teller over here" Emily says as she grabs her vanilla shake and sticking a straw in it
"Yeah let me ask you something, when are you gonna pass English, it's like the easiest class in our grade" Leigh-Anne says as she gets her basket of fries that I was feeding off
"I dont even know, who knows i might just barely make it." I say as I steal another fry from Leigh-Anne
"can you not Im trying to not starve" Leigh-Anne grumbles while sliding the tray away from me
"why its already finished" I say slyly
"WOW YOU PLAY TOO MUCH" Leigh-Anne says and punches me in the arm
"Hey lets go I gotta get home, or my moms gonna kill me" Emily says and starts collecting her things and pays for the bill
"Alright, Leigh you need a lift or not?" I ask
"Nah Ill call my brother" she replys
"okay" I say and i walk out to my car

It was around 6:30 pm when I dropped Emily off at her house
I get home at 7:00 and turn off my car. I walk into the empty house only to realize that my mom would probably not be here tonight.
I turn my computer and get on tumblr until 11:00
I get in bed and start thinking about random things
then all of a sudden I find myself thinking about the deal Ive made with my teacher and what the new student would look like.
that was the last thing I think of before I fall asleep
