candy club

(Hey my little rats I'm finally back and well and I'm so sorry I didn't publish sooner but I'ma try to stay on top of that 😔. I need to start working on that Valentine's special🤧)

You wake up once again to your alarm not wanting to get up you stop you're alarm and wrap up in your blankets.

After a few minutes, you get up and get dressed in your work outfit (and all you're morning stuff you do). Once you finish you're morning stuff you slip on a hoodie because it was supposed to be a little chilly out and you put on your shoes and make sure you lock up the house.

You decide to walk there because it wasn't that far from your house and it's nice to go on a stroll while it's quiet and calm out when not many people are out now and then. (at least I think so)

As you push the glass doors open the sweet smell fills your nose and the light pastel pink covers a little bit of the walls. You look over to see Rick restocking the empty containers with candy and walk over to the counter "hey Rick where is Kevin? " Rick looks over to you with a tired expression "he doesn't have work today" "oh ok".

(Time skip😻)

After a while of waiting around for your shift to be over two kids came in one with a skeleton costume and the other with a pumpkin costume "hii mx can we get three candy bars" the kid in the skeleton costume said cheerfully "ya pleasee "the kid in the pumpkin costume said, " fine here but why do you need three?" As soon as you said that a giant creature with misplaced legs and eyes on its head with tentacles as legs comes in opening its mouth where you can see all its Jagged teeth, freaked out a little you quickly gave the candy to the kids so the kids will leave quicker and shortly after that they left.

Soon after that, it got quiet again so you look around for something to do to stay productive, you notice some containers almost empty so you go in the back and grab a box of candy and refill the containers and head back to the counter and rest your arms on it quietly humming to the candy club theme song playing in the background as you're eyelids got heavier, slowly drifting off to sleep.

~~~(8:14 pm) ~~~

You woke up a couple of hours later to the sound of the bells chime, you straighten up to see three boys looking around for some candy.  After a few minutes the three places a bag of sweets on the counter and I weigh the bag and take it off the scale "your total is 5.99" you look back at the boys and the one on the right in the grey beanie and grey hoodie gives you 6$ while the other one in the teal-ish jacket grabs the bag and the three start to turn around to exit you notice some candy sticking out of the striped sweater on the short one of the bunch "hey! " the boys find out they've been caught and giggle while running out as you run after them, two girls walk in as you were about to open the doors and bump into them and fall, you quickly get up and try to help up the girls "I'm so sorry I didn't see you at first, are you ok! "the girl in the red gets up and brushes the dust off her dress " we're fine" and without another word, they leave, when they turn around and start to walk away the girl in the blue says "you don't need to be that rude ya know" to the girl in red.  As you we're about to go inside two cops walk up to you with a doll in their hands "hello officers want some more candy? " "a kid lost a doll find a kid just give it to them" "oh ok of course" the cop with the blue jacket and black hair tosses the doll to you and starts to walk away "and please be safe". 

You go back into the store and toss the doll on the counter and start to turn around when the power turns off you
turn back around to see the doll is gone " hello? " you said as you notice the doll comes out from behind the counter holding a sharp colorful lollipop and starts to run after you as you stumble back as the doll grabs your leg and stabs you in the ankle causing you to stumble back almost falling, you grab the doll and throw it at a shelf and look around on what to do, you see the gumball machine and wobble over to it as fast you can and start shoving gumballs in your mouth and as you turn around you see the doll starting to run after you with a broken lollipop and spit out the wod of gumballs in your hand and throw it at the doll causing it to fall, while the doll was stuck you look around and quickly grab the trash bin and trap the doll in it and throw it in the back and lock the door and start to limp back to the counter to find a med kit.

While looking for a med kit the little kids from the earlier walk over to you and notice the cut on your ankle "mx are you ok? " the kid in the skeleton costume said "yea I'm fine, just looking for a med kit" "well mx we need your help" "what is it? " you ask looking over at the kids "well we lost our doll and we thought you could help before we went to the police station" as you take a deep breath thinking the doll that just attacked you is probably theirs "it's in the back"  "yay thank you" the kids said happy again and run out the store.

After finding the med kit and bandaging your ankle you decide to close the shop early due to previous events.

While walking to your house try to bare the pain and trying not to make the limping noticeable keeping you're head down looking at the concrete floor not noticing anything in front of you. 

After a few minutes of walking you bump into someone making you stumble back a few steps and look up at a fairly large figure only to realize it's just Bob "oh hello I didn't see you there what are doing out here this late? " "hey darlin' I was taking a stroll, are you ok? I noticed you limping" "yea I'm fine" was it that noticeable? you thought "do you want a lift? " you thought for a minute it would be nice to get off your feet for a while but was he going to pick me up or drive me home he doesn't have a car near him though "sure I guess"  Bob starts to lean down and grabs you in his arms Bridal Style, you look at him and quickly look away as your face starts to heat up a little you haven't gotten this close to anyone in a while but it feels nice and quite warm he's such a sweetheart and he's so hot- wait no we just met like yesterday or something but it's kinda weird I don't like people this quick what's wrong with me(😔)

As Bob walks to your house with only a few minutes till he gets there you start to get sleepy and rest your head on his chest and drift off to sleep.

~~~(Bobs pov)~~~

I had only a  few minutes till I was at their house and I looked down at them to see them sleeping and I smiled, they were so cute and peaceful when their sleeping.

I walked to their door and managed to open it, I shut the door behind me and walked to their room and carefully set them on the bed and put the blanket over them, and lightly kissed their forehead "mm I should get them some snacks" I said to myself.

I go to the local grocery store and grab some chocolates and some snacks I go up to the cashier and set the items down, the cashier scanned them then I paid for the snacks and went back to their house and set the snacks on their counter and put the chocolates on the table and left.   (So many 'ands' ;_; bad grammar check 😍)

~(time skip to the morning)~
(Y/n pov) (11:02 am)

You wake up wrapped up in blankets and get up you realize you're still in your work clothes I must have been really tired, you get a towel and some clean clothes and take a shower washing your hair and body, after the shower, you wrap you're hair up in a towel and dried your body and put on the clothes you picked, you take the towel off your head (and brushed your hair if you do some people don't so;-;) you get out of the bathroom and go to your kitchen you didn't know what to make so you just got cereal and sat down on the couch, you get the remote and turn on the TV and scrolled a while till you found the desired show you wanted to watch.

Once you were finished with your bowl you got up and rinsed it off and put it in the dishwasher.  You decided to start putting up Halloween decorations because it's in a week(🤩) so you go to your attic and take the plastic bins down, you close up the attic and move the bins to the living room, you open the bins and start taking out decorations.

When you were digging through the bin you found a roll of that yellow and black caution tape cops would use, you toss it back in the bin and bring it outside, and started to decorate.

Once you finish decorating you put the empty bins in the closet and sit down on the couch wiping the beads of sweat off you're forehead with your arm.  You were quite tired from decorating your house who knew?  You didn't have anything else to do so you decided to take a short nap on the couch you grab a blanket and laid back down, you don't usually sleep on the couch but it doesn't matter it's not like something bad is going to happen.

Omg 1803 words but I hope this makes up for my long absence anyway bye my little rats 🐀😻
