Hirotō Jingū begins his own journey as a Makai Knight. His first mission. Retrieve a stolen legendary sword.

Hirotō Jingū, a young black haired man with red eyes sat at a table eating his breakfast while watching the small waves from the ocean. Besides his breakfast, is a map of remnant, his journal opened up with written notes and photos of places that he has taken on his trip. He has his long black coat set hanging on the chair.

In his head, he can hear the voice of his father.
Male voice: "My son..."
"It is time for me to hand you the blade that I carried throughout my life as a Makai Knight..."
"You have to understand that this blade is more than just a sword..."
"This blade carries our family history as Makai Knights and proud user of the "Silver Fanged Knight"..."
"Throughout centuries, they sworn to protect those who can't protect themselves and fight evil to protect humanity..."
"Thus why this job is taken seriously..."
"You being my only child. You must understand this is your only choice in life..."
"To fight and protect humanity as a Makai Knight..."
"Seeing you put all the hard work into your training..."
"Seeing you fight horrors along with me..."
"Seeing you grow up as a man..."
"I am proud of you as a teacher... and as a father..."
A child run past Hirotō.
Child: "Mom! Look! We're here!"
Hirotō sets down his fork and knife and goes to the front of the ship. Hirotō sees that they're approaching to the docks. Aside the docks, he can see the tall buildings of the city. He pulls out a picture from his pocket and held it up in the air. The picture shows the same exact buildings. He then brings the photo back into his pocket and lean over the railing to admire the scenery.
Time skip
The ship is then pulled to the docks, letting their passengers off. Hirotō carry a duffel bag behind him and walks up to a sign that say "Welcome to the City of Vale". He held up a picture that has the exact sign. He then hear his father's voice in his head.
"It is time for you to make your own journey..."
"And be apart of our family's history..."
He slightly turns his head behind him for a few seconds before moving on the path in front of him.
