Things had been quiet, too quiet, and though the saying was cliche, you had come to understand why it was so unnerving. After the argument between her and Medusa, you hadn't seen Crystal for, what you assumed was, two days. The only interaction you have had with anyone was when you were brought food. Other than that it has just been pure isolation, it had been too quiet, and you did not like it at all.
This isn't to say that Crystal has made no attempts to try and visit you since that night, she honestly has. She has tried several times with a variety of methods ranging from trying to sneak into the cells, trying to convince the guards to let her in, she has even attempted to use her royal status and she hates the idea of exploiting her title. Crystal has tried all sorts of ideas to try and visit you but nothing worked as security had appeared to be doubled with strict orders being made for extreme scrutiny of who entered the cells.
Medusa herself informed every guard stationed to not let Crystal through, no matter what she said, and learning this didn't exactly help the tension between the sisters. Crystal has avoided Medusa for the most part since their argument as she was appalled at how Medusa mimicked the words of Maximus of all people, then there was the overbearing overprotectiveness.
In fact, the only time Crystal interacted with Medusa after their argument was when council was called about the situation, and even then she had to demand involvement in spite of being a part of the family. Maybe it was Medusa herself, which wouldn't help build bridges with Crystal, or maybe it was Maximus, but it was suggested that Crystal have no say in what to do with you as she didn't have an objective mindset but she argued it would be hypocritical as it wasn't like others were so objective either. In the end, Crystal argued her way into having a say, and that was just the start of the deliberation.
For two days, Black Bolt summoned the rest of the family to make a decision on what to do with you after Crystal went as far as she did just to visit you. For two days, it was argued about whether you posed a threat to Attilan or not and what the best course of action should be.
Honestly, if the situation didn't demand such seriousness then the argument could almost be akin to school ground bickering of yes or no. The arguments were relatively the same going back and forth; someone would say how you posed a danger to Attilan, Crystal would argue back how you have done nothing wrong up to this point and even said it was her decision to sneak into the jail to visit you. Back and forth this argument went and it really did seem like it was getting nowhere.
It was almost humorous how the simple fact of your presence caused such a heated debate, it took two whole days of several hour long deliberations until finally a decision was made. Even then, it was only because of Black Bold deciding the arguing was getting them nowhere so he decided to make the decision.
And so there you were, sat alone in your cell, on your bed with knees huddled up to your chest as you hummed a random tune in a weak way just to avoid the ear splitting ringing that came with pure silence. A random onlooker would assume that you had gone mad, but the look in your eyes was of hopeless loneliness, you were only visited to be fed after all and the solitude would kill you long before starvation.
But then you heard the sound of the jail entrance, making you lift your head as you weren't expecting another meal any time soon. In walked Black Bolt, followed by two guards and they approached your cell with the king standing in silence and staring at you whilst one of the guards opened the door. You didn't even get a noise of surprise out when both guards entered your cell and grabbed your arms, hoisting you to your feet and dragging you out of your cell as Black Bolt led the way.
In all fairness, you could not be blamed for the dreadful feeling that weighed down your stomach as your own voice failed you to make you as silent as the Inhuman King when you wanted to ask what was going on. Was something going to happen? You weren't going to be executed were you? Raw panic started to fill your stomach as the (I)rational thoughts told you to try and run...but instead you found your voice, your first sentence not being about you.
