This is just clearing up any confusion for friends, family and maybe teachers that end up finding this fic.
If you're unfamiliar with self-insert fan fiction in general, this also includes a few of the abbreviations that can be and are used in most reader insert fanfics . This does not include all vocabulary and terms .

If you already know what you're getting yourself into then you can skip the vocabulary part, but there are a few things I would like to say before you get started.
-The reader is currently female (she/her), but I'm willing to change this to gender neutral if people ask for it, or if it is more fitting for the audience that I'm planning to write this for.
-Most, if not all chapters will go either by episode or by manga chapter, so one chapter is either one episode or manga chapter. This will only change for small scenarios that I may write on a whim, which aren't tied to a certain episode (chronological ones are placed in-between chapters, non-chronological ones are placed at the end of the work). If this structure changes I'll let you know with an author's note.
-The updates are going to be slow, but the chapters have quite a few words and most take an entire episode.
-Let me know if you have any more questions, I'll be glad to answer them. If you guys want to address me by name I don't mind 'Author', 'Arwen', or just go wild with the names, I would love to see what you guys come up with!

For those who don't know what this is about: This book is a piece of fan fiction for the anime and manga: "Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun" / "Mairimashita! Iruma-kun". Storyline, plot and dialogue will be based off the English Dubbed anime. I will also use several of my head-canons/ theories if needed.
This is a self-insert fan fiction, (also known as an xreader) where the author writes the reader to become a character in the story. The reader is currently female, but I'm willing to change this to gender neutral if people request for it.

Y/n : Stands for 'Your Name' and is usually one of me most common ways for authors to insert the reader into a story, by letting them read Y/n as their name (or any other name if they want).
L/n: Last name. Same as Y/n, just with your last name. Some books will already pick one out for you if the reader in the story has a family, or a found family trope.
H/l, e/c, f/c etc... : These acronyms are used for description, in this case: 'hair length', 'eye color' and 'favourite color'. I won't use these in this fan fiction, and most authors that do use these will feature it in their 'information chapter'. Again the reader doesn't have to read these as their own hair length etc etc, just as how they want to look like in the story.
I will only be using y/n for this fanfiction, but I hope this small foundation is enough for anyone interested to keep reading.
