"Just take a seat" the teacher said to both of them. "You cant be late next time or ill send you to the director's office"

"it wont happened again" Arlo said as he couldnt belived everyone was threatening him today. Yesterday his mother took away his game console and he couldnt use it for more than a week. It was terrible!
He walk to the back of the class with Lucian. They always seat there. Neither of them liked to atract attention to them.

Lucian sat beside Arlo as he sigh.

"okay kids open your book on page 98 and..." the teacher started to explain the class but Lucian got lost in thougth.
How could he concentrate in class? When his head was fill with what was happening to him.

Arlo look at Lucian as he said "hey... You  know all this werewolf thing is pretty exciting dont you think?"

"how can it be exciting? What if someone discover im a werewolf and they want to experiment with me and all that like in the movies"

"mm your rigth but your not the only one right? The wolf that bite you must be a  werewolf too." Arlo said as he had already thougth about this.

"But then... Who bite me?" Lucian thougth about this as he couldnt belived he hadnt think about this. As they were talking about this they heard someone yell.

"ouch!" the boy who made the sound was in the front and when they look at what happened they realize he had cut his hand with the scissors.

"Oh God Richard!" the teacher said as she sigh. "how can you cut yourself? Your in highschool. Go to the nurse office." she said as Richard node and walk out of the class while he was holding his injury.

"God what an idiot" Arlo said with a smile "right?" he ask Lucian but the other didnt answer so he look to the other male only to see he was starting to breath heavily. " Lucian?"  he call the other's name. But Lucian didnt answer.

Lucian felt strange.
He started to hear everyone's heart beat and voices. His head hurt by all this noise, he couldnt help but to hold his head as he frown. He felt thirsty and  hungry. He could even smell Richard who was already far from the class. He could hear where he was. It made him want to go after him and.... He shooke his head trying to stop his thougths.
No. That was wrong.

Arlo was worried about Lucian. He had never seen his friend like that. "hey are you okay maybe we can-" his eyes open wide when he meet with lucian's eyes. His green dark  eyes turn into a brigth and glowing blue that look so fierce and cold it almost made him stop breathing.

"Lucian calm down. you need to get out of class." Arlo said in a whisper as he felt that something pointed was touching his leg. When he look down he saw that Lucian's nails became larger and sharper. Well at least now they didnt need to try to see if Lucian was a werewolf. He had already confirm with this.

Lucian couldnt hear clearly as he felt like he couldnt concentrate. There were so many noises around him it made him dizzy.

Arlo notice this as he touch Lucian's shoulder. "hey Lucian lets just get out of class we need to take you out of here" Arlo said as he had to be a good friend it didnt matter that they would end up calling his mom for getting out of class. He stand and grab his school bag.

"what are you doing Arlo?" the teacher ask and Arlo froze and smile at the teacher. "Lucian looks sick and I need to take him to the nurse office."

The woman look at Lucian who had his head down. She couldnt see him clearly but she notice the boy was breathing heavily so she node "okay you can take him"

"thanks!" Arlo said as he grab also lucian's bag. "come on" he said to Lucian as he then pull him out of class trying to cover his body with himself but stupid Lucian had got stronger than himself so it was almost imposible.
After he got the other out he took Lucian to the storage room that was in the first floor. As they got inside. Arlo close the Door and look at Lucian who was still quiet. "okay dude you need to calm down cause your freaking me out." Arlo said as he look that the other's nails were still pretty long and that Lucian still look kind of scary. "you need to talk to me Lucian"

Lucian look up. His eyes were glowing and his black hair had became longer. His canine teeth were sharper. Arlo could see the other's muscles were tense.
"I think im better." Lucian barely said. His voice was hoarse and deep.

Arlo look at his friend who look like a werewolf as he said. "well... Im glad your feeling better. Cause you now look like a teen wolf character" Arlo said and Lucian took out his phone as he put it on selfie mode. When he look at  the way he look he was speachless. "I cant belive you were rigth." he said as he touch his ears and teeth. "im a werewolf..."

"yeah. I know thats what I've been telling you all this time."

"how can I change back?" Lucian ask as he didnt knew how to transform back to being a human. "

" oh... I dont know. Maybe you just need to calm down" Arlo said as he continue looking at Lucian's eyes. "your eyes look so cool" he said.

"Calm down? I dont know how. When Richard cut himself I... Dont know. I just felt hungry and I had an impulse to attack him. Like if I were -"

"an animal and he was a prey?" Arlo ask and Lucian node. "yes exactly like that."

"okay i get it."

When they were talking the bell rang again making them know that the first period had already finish.

"agh!" Lucian hold his head as he cover his ears. "i feel as if my head is about to explode!" Lucian said as he sat down on the ground.

Arlo look at this as he said "okay you just need to control it. Just try to concentrate in my voice Lucian."

He try to do it. He try to follow and just listen to Arlo but... It was really dificult. He close his eyes and try to concentrate.

"okay then just find a sound that can make you calm down and focuse in that"

"Im trying!"

"Well try harder! " Arlo said and Lucian frown as he started to listen carefully. He follow different sounds, different voces. He felt a bit sick until he heard someones voice. It was a nice and deep voice. He didnt knew who it was but just by listening to it made him calm down. It was a boy. He could hear him laugh and joke with his friends which made him smile.

Arlo saw that the other's nails were becoming back to normal as well as lucian's hair and he knew it was working.
"your doing great!" he said when he saw Lucian open his eyes as they came back to normal. The blue color disapear turning back to the dark green.

Lucian sigh with relief as he check himself with his cell phone. He was back to normal.

"Good we can go out" Arlo said as he help Lucian to stand. Both of them got out of the storage room. And as they were walking to have lunch Arlo ask "And what did you hear?"

"what?"

"yeah if it wasnt my voice what made you calm down?"

Lucian heard this question as he look away. "nothing."

"yeah sure.." Arlo said as he smile. "ill end up knowing anyway,  but... Lucian you need to learn to control this or youll be in a big trouble."

Lucian sigh as he heard Arlo and node "i know"
