Chapter 4 - Unexpected Counters

This might be a bit of a time skip but it's only a couple chapters. No biggy~

(Hana/Ari pov)

DURING CLASSS

"Daniel, you okay you seem a bit out of it today."

"Yeah... It's just been a long day you know how it is."

"Big time, but at this point I'm used to it."

Have so much attention been on you all at once. It must be exhausting for daniel, something tells me that he's never been through this before. Probably new to this, "Hey how was the party with zack and the others day?"

"Don't even get me started Hana."

"Why was it that bad?"

"Let's just say it's gonna be awhile before I start hanging out with friends again."

"Oh..."

Damn it must have been really bad. Bad enough to the point that he wouldn't hang out with them again? If I had to guess it must have been them doing something that they're not supposed to be doing. "Hey how about sometime this week me you maybe jin go hang out somewhere. There's arcades, stores and karaoke buildings we can hang out at."

"Wait really you would want to hang out with me?"

"Well yeah of course! We're friends, aren't we?"

-Sniffs-

"DON'T CRY!!!!! WHY YOU CRYIN?"

"I-t's jjj-just that's all I've ever wanted from anyone. Is to h-hang out with friends for the first time ever."

"Awww daniel I'm soo sorry. If you want, I can make a date as soon as possible."

"Thank you. By the way who's jin?" -Jealousy intentions-

"Oh, jin's my son remember?"

Daniel froze, he had totally forgot that you admitted to being a mother, but never would he expect for you to be so opened about it. "Oh right! I totally forgot you're a single teen mom... I hate to ask but where's his father by the way?"

Ari didn't mind of people asking on her child's father whereabouts, if anything she felt awful on keeping Jin a secret from him knowing she deprived Jin of a father in his life. But she tries to not dwell on the fact as much, she was hoping through jins eyes that she was filling in the part as both mother and father. "Well... it's a long story... let just say he's living it up with his new life and with his new girlfriend that can hopefully live up to his expectations, pray to god she does."

Daniel felt terrible that he brought up the subject after seeing her reaction, he has no idea that Hana had so many issues with jins father in mind. Although knowing in his gut he was relieved knowing she was 'single' and he had a shot. "H-Hana... I'm so sorry. I-I didn't know..."

Ari smiled knowledgably, "No no, it's alright. I know we've only known each other for a couple of weeks but it's been like a year to me. I feel like someone should know at least. I don't really have a lot a friend either most of mine got too scared to talk to me, and others though I was a slut after having jin so they are though it was best to stay away from me." She looks down sadly.

Daniel was shocked and furious, what people would call Hana in such a way?! "WHAT! Why would say that?"

Ari start to play with her sleeves a bit, " You know Daniel, most kids around our age aren't meant to be parents so young, especially if it's a girl. I was foolish back then and didn't know... let's just say I was dumb and in love... and it backfired on me..."
