Note: In this storyline, Tsunade has a cure for the Sharingan's effects, and everyone has accepted Itachi knowing the truth about his sacrifice. Konoha has two jinchurikis, Naruto with the nine-tails and Y/N (the reader) with the ten-tails. Tsunade and Jiraiya are dating. Tsunade is the head medic, Itachi is the head of Anbu, Kakashi is his second in command and Naruto is Hokage.

This one shot is Itachi x reader.

"TSUNADE-SAMAA" Itachi yelled as he burst inside Tsunade's room with a pale, limp and unconscious Y/N in his arms.

Tsunade looked up from her paperwork and had an alarmed look as she saw her and motioned Itachi to lay her down on the patient bed in her room after pinging for Sakura and Ino. They rushed into the room. Sakura started giving her first aid to strengthen her weakening pulse, replenish a bit of her exhausted chakra and heal broken bones, while Ino started saying aloud her evaluations.

"Tsunade-sama, Y/N's chakra, both hers and the ten-tails', are completely exhausted. She has two hairline fractures on her right arm and two of her right floating ribs have sustained about 2 or 3 hairline fractures. There is a cut on the left side of her scalp and her left ankle has sustained a sprain." Ino finished.

"WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED ITACHI?!! Was there an attack? Where did this happen? Let me just call Kakashi and Jiraiya real quick...." Tsunade rambled and stepped out without giving Itachi a chance to reply. He just stood there scratching his neck.

'Why did she have to bring those perverts into this?' Itachi thought facepalming. Thank Kamisama that Sakura and Ino were too busy tending to Y/N to ask any questions.

After about two minutes, two of the legendary sannin and the second in command of Anbu walked in. Tsunade turned to the two girls.

"Are you two done?"

"Hai, Tsunade-sama." They both said in unison.

"Then leave the room. We need to talk about something important."

They left the room after bowing to everyone.

'This is getting unnecessarily heated. What the fuck am I gonna do?' Itachi tensed with a light blush tinting his cheeks. He helplessly stared as Kakashi walked over to the windowsill and sat there with that pervert's book and Tsunade and Jiraiya took a seat on the couch motioning him to do the same. He reluctantly sat on the armchair.

"Talk Itachi. What in the world did that to the ten-tailed jinchuriki?!" Tsunade asked seriously.

"Uhhh.....we..... you know.....just...." Itachi stammered while scratching his neck.

"Spit it out Uchiha!" She yelled biting her nail. She was getting impatient and worried about the Leaf.

"WE JUST HAD SEX AND WENT A LITTLE TOO ROUGH OKAY?! RELAX!!" Itachi yelled back turning a shade of pink. Kakashi and Jiraiya being perverts elite both perked up at that. 

"Uhh... wha.....how?........what in the what what?.....how in the world did you almost kill a jinchuriki, and the fucking ten-tailed one on that matter, by 'JUST' having sex and going a 'LITTLE' too rough?!!" She screamed turning a shade of pink herself.

Itachi just shrugged and sweatdropped while scratching his neck. But Jiraiya just scooted closer to Itachi and Kakashi closed his book and decided to listen in.

"I don't have any interest to know what the fuck you did but regretfully I need to know exactly what happened to treat her efficiently." Tsunade said covering her face with a hand.

"Uhhh .......okay," Itachi said taking a deep breath.
