A terrible storm-

Many years have past since as the prince of the minor family declare a new rule for commoners. Deaths and cruelty has happened almost everyday as the Prince showed a more ruthless turn just like prince Vegas did many years ago.

The commoners fear for their lives as the prince showed no remorse for anyone.

The prince has just turned has just turned twenty six as it's been over six years since he's became this new person. Rain has disappeared and it seemed like he fled and escape town which is good because of Venice had found him again, it wouldn't be pretty since Rain is the cause of all this.

The prince was in his throne room as the doors fly opened. A commoner male was dragged by guards. The guards were not gentle when they tossed him over to the prince's feet. Venice stared down with his harsh mean face that he shows to ever commoner he faces. The male Commoner was trembling as he knew he was in deep shit.

"Who is this?" Was the first thing the prince asked.

A guard step forward with a large paper in his hand.

"A commoner name Khong and he has missed two months of rent, vandalized properties, and stolen and gamble in clubs. He has been on the list to be capture for week your highness." The guard addressed as he told the prince everything.

Venice stood up from the throne as he approached the pathetic commoner.

"I'm so sorry your highness. I promise I will pay and change myself. Please spare me." The commoner Khong begged but all it did was earn him a hard punch across his face.

The commoner entire body fell to the floor as he cough up blood as his mouth as bleeding as the blood already stained his teeth.

"Which punishment shall we give him your highness ?" The guard asked the prince.

"Lock him in the dungeon and give him 50 whips a day and only give him one meal each day." The prince announced as the already dragged the commoner up to his feet.

They already tied him up by his arms as he was standing in front of the prince. A whip was presented as a guard was testing the whip around as it hit the floor a bunch of times and created a harsh bang sound that made the poor commoner shiver in fear as he knew the harsh punishment he was about to receive.

The guard ready himself as he slash the commoner on his back with the whip, causing the commoner to cry in pain. The assault continued fifty times as the prince requested and not once the prince did nothing to stop it as he watched how the commoner screamed in pain and begging the prince to show him mercy.

Sky couldn't even watch the torment as he had to look away a bunch of times. No guard in the royal palace dared to speak or try to stop as they feared they will receive the same treatment. After the guard was done with fifty whips, two guards came in and untied the commoner and dragged his body that was filled with blood dripping from his back into the dungeon.

Venice was leaving his throne room to head to his bedroom until he spotted his cousin Prapai with his usually jackass smile he always has on his face.

"Phayu, you didn't think we would forget about your most important day" Prapai said as he walked towards his cousin. "Tonight, we are stepping out of the dump of a town and going to this amazing club where all the rich nobles spend their time." Prapai mention to the prince.

"You know I don't celebrate my birthdays anymore." Venice reminded as he feels that he is too old for celebrating his birthday.

"Just like you stop visiting your parents grave." Prapai mentioned which made Venice furrowed his brow.
