No matter what I do you'll always be out of reach
Closing my eyes without being able to see
Hoping to see you with me on a sunset beach
Yet when my eyes close all I can see is you without me
In my every dream it's like I'm in a free fall
Always seeing you there to wrap me in your arms
To dry my tears every time I began to ball
But every time comfort sets in I hear the alarms
Waking me from my happiness with a cold sound
Taking away that falling and feet off the ground
