They all stood outside the window, looking down at Tyler. He was struggling, covered in the white jacket they used for insane people. Apparently, he was hearing voices and they found cuts on his arms.
Jerome held Mitch, they were both sad. Adam was mad at Brotato for not telling him about this and leaned against the door, whispering to himself every few minutes. Ty was let down, him and Tyler weren't very close but still..how long had he hid this away from them?
Kyle was there to, his eyes turned grayer and his face seemed more pale to the guys than usual. He felt sorry for him but at the same time, he felt like he was dying again. No wonder Tyler didn't want to see him like this.
Evan and Delirious were there. Evan and Delirious both thought the same thing. Delirious's sister. He cried and mourned for his sister and Evan let him cry in his shoulder.
Emma was with Kyle, standing beside him with her arm slung around her brother. She kept thinking of how weird it was for Tyler to be in an asylum. She wouldn't get used to this.
Mini was crying on the ground, with the uncomfortable support of Wildcat, wondering why he was so sad about this.
Shelby, Tyler's ex, was there too. She always wanted them to get back together, but was cool with it when they broke up. Her and Emma got to know eachother, and Shelby taught the teen what to expect in a relationship. For Emma was a lesbian, and starting dating a girl named Christa, a few days earlier.
Soon, the doctors came and gave Tyler a shot, which instantly put him to sleep. They fed him 3 times a day, which he hated.
"Its ok, Kyle." Emma said. "The therapist said in a couple of weeks he'll be all better."
Kyle looked up. "Go talk to Shelby. You don't know anything." He scolded her.
Emma was suprised, but understood and went on to talk to Shelby.
"Mini, why are you so sad about this?" Wildcat asked the crying Mini Ladd.
"Because..." Mini trailed off.
"Because, you almost killed him." Vanoss muttered, rolling his eyes.
"And when did that happen?" Wildcat cutted in, crossing his arms and walking closer to him.
Evan stepped forward, but was pulled back by Delirious. "Evan, don't." He said, pulling him back.
Evan stood back and whispered in Delirious's ear. "Sorry."
Delirious nodded and stared back at the glass window.
Shelby and Emma sat at a bench nearby.
"Kyle just got mad at me." Emma said, holding her head in her hands. "Why is he like this?"
"Oh, Sweetheart." She replied, putting a hand on her shoulder. "He isn't mad at you. He's just..sad."
"For Tyler?" She asked, lifting her head up.
Shelby nodded, and looked back at Tyler. She wanted him back. "You miss him?" Emma asked.
Shelby went silent and shook her head. "No, I dont. At least I don't have a reason to." She said, getting up and taking her purse. "I've got to get to work, but I'll see you guys later."
They watched her walk out the door without any words said.
Emma walked over to Kyle and gave her crying brother a hug. "Kyle, it's ok." She said, letting go.
Kyle closed his eyes and fell to the floor. "Please, let this all be a dream. I'm asleep aren't I? The guys are playing Minecraft right now, I bet." He whispered, getting back up and staring at the window.
Emma was filled with sorrow for Kyle, and couldn't say a word. Adam walked over and put a hand on Kyle's shoulder. Kyle turned around.
"I wish it all was, Kyle." Adam told him. "But it's not. Its reality. This is life. Jerome left, Mitch got sad. That's normal. Wildcat abused Mini for so many years. And you got Cancer. That's just life." He drifted off, walking back to Ty who stood there with tears in his eyes.
Kyle watched Adam wipe away his tears and made him happy again. That just made him miss Tyler worse. Even though he was right here, right now. He could just walk in and talk to him...but he couldn't.
The glass wall between them was the only thing that held him back. He could break it if he wanted to but that would be against the rules. Tyler needed this..the treatment..everything.
"I still don't understand why you're so sad about this." Wildcat said, watching Mini cry on the ground. "Sometimes, you can be too fragile."
"Wildcat, stop." Evan replied, standing a few feet in front of him, across the hall.
Wildcat scoffed, but still just watched the crying boy. Evan sighed and walked over to Mini, picked him up by his arms, and led him over to Del, who stood against the wall and jumped up when he came over.
"Mini, are you ok?" Delirious asked him.
Mini fell to his knees, crying. "Its ok, Mini." Evan told him. "Tommorow, he's gonna get out and then you can see him." He said, crouching down beside him.
"Tyler," they heard Kyle whisper. "Wake up..please don't be sad. I'm ok now and everything's over..please.." He cried. "Wake up Tyler!" He yelled, loud enough to make the building shake.
Ty and Adam immediately ran over to him, and calmed him down. Seconds later, Tyler's eyes widened in fear.
He had no idea where he was or how he got there. Why am I here? Was the only thought on his mind. The jacket held him tight so he couldn't move a muscle.
Emma saw Tyler and ran to go get a doctor. Jerome and Mitch left a minute ago so they were nowhere to be found.
She ran down the halls. "Doctors!" She cried. "Tyler's awake! We need help!"
Two nurses came from a room and greeted her. "Darling are you alright?" Asked an old lady with gray hair.
Emma eyed them carefully. One was a ice-blue eyed old woman with gray hair, and the other was an adult in her early thirtees with blonde hair and brown eyes.
"Tyler- he's awake." She stuttered.
"You mean the boy who gone insane?" The old lady asked.
"Yes." Emma replied.
"He must've, finally, came back to his senses." The old woman explained. "Michelle, go release him and bring him some food. I'll talk to the young lady about his treatments."
The young woman nodded, and went to go do her job.
The older pulled out a clipboard from under her arm, and wrote something down. "I'm Nurse Kalene, and that was Nurse Michelle." She said. "Your name, little one?"
Emma looked at the wise, old woman. "Oh, I'm Emma." She said.
"Ah, such a beautiful young girl." Nurse Kalene told her. "The crying boy, he is your brother. Correct?"
Emma knew who she ment. "Yes." She replied.
"Not much of a Chatty young girl, are you now?"
Emma shrugged. "Most young aren't these days. Electronics ruined the sources of friendship and true love." The old woman said. "Are you in a relationship, fair maiden?"
Emma didn't know how to explain this. "Yeah, actually."
"Tell me his name." The woman insisted.
"Actually, she's a girl.." Emma drifted off, looking at the ground.
Kalene pulled Emma's chin up. "Well, that's quite alright." She replied, letting her hand fall. "Who is this, lucky, girl?"
"Her name's Christa." Emma replied. "She's so beautiful. Her blue hair shines and her eyes match it. She's so..wonderful to be around." Emma finished.
The older smiled. "I wish the best luck I can find in my way for you two."
"Thank you." Emma thanked the wise.
