Y/n: Good morning Ishan i guess i took the train hehe😅

Ishan: 🥲 i meant how are you back so early ? It's just 28/12 I thought you were spending new year's at your parents?

Y/n: i thought so too but boss 🤷‍♀️
He asked me specifically to come early so that he could discuss a few things

Ishan: he couldn't do that on call?

Y/n: i asked him the same thing,he said it's necessary that i come here by 29 and help him make the presentation so i had no choice

Ishan: pch your parents must be bummed

Y/n: not really my mother was upset but my father said work comes first and i was like ok ig then I'll go

Ishan: pch it sucks

Y/n: it does but what can u do

Ishan: an idea popped in my mind

It had been almost 24 hours since Ishan texted me back i was wondering about what he wanted to tell me earlier
I shook the thought away and focused on the work or else my boss might even yell at me for day dreaming
I looked at the computer infront of me and made the necessary changes in the PPT that had been prepared by my boss
It wasn't that great to be honest and that is why i  was here  to make the corrections and add the things that this PPT needed
I worked for a whole of 5 hours on this ppt correcting either the grammar mistakes and attaching images from different useful sites
After i was done with the PPT I showed it more like presented it to my boss who chuckled and clapped
It's your's he said ,meaning he gave me the project this was a big one
I had to design a celeb's house i didn't know who that person was but i was excited to find out
My boss handed me the file that had all the info about the client along with his house structure and his likes and dislikes when it came to the design he wanted and the budget
I took the file and decided to read it at home
"Did you ask me to cut short my vaca or you asked the other's as well?" I asked him and he smiled at me
"I asked everyone to come but only you came back everyone else gave me reasons and i understood them you were the only one who even insisted on the video call i guess it shows that you are ready to overwork for this job it wasn't fair of me to ask you to come but I'm happy that you are the one working on this project,i have faith in you" he said and i almost wiped a tear mentally i wasnt going to get emo in front of him
"Thank you so much boss i won't let you down" i said shaking his hand and left the room with the file
I shoved the file in my bag finished my coffee and left the office
I was too tired to drive my two wheeler today and had came in an auto
So i called an auto and sat inside
I kind of fell asleep in that 20 min drive from my office to my house
I paid the uncle and went home
I took off my bag from my shoulder and ran towards my bedroom and jumped on the bed i covered myself with the blanket and fell asleep
