I was awoken to a knock on the door, causing me to groan as I slowly got up. I rubbed my eyes real quick and then let out a long yawn, then looked around for Frost. I guess she must've left while I was asleep
Ashley: Hey Kyle, your dad needs you downstairs.
Klye: One second.
I slowly got up, letting out another long yawn as I stretched for a couple seconds and then put on some new clothes.
I walked downstairs and saw that it was in the late afternoon.
Kyle: Alright, what seems to be the problem??
Dad: There is a zoroark roaming around the city causing problems.
That sparked my interest, a zoroark roaming around here was quite unheard of. Something must be wrong for it to be in the city. It's not even supposed to be in this region, probably was abandoned by their trainer or something.
Kyle: I'll go investigate it, let me round up a couple of the others and I'll be on my merry way.
I walked outside and saw the others with the pokemon.
Kyle: Ryan, Emily, Coral, Hera, Luna, and Breeze. Please come here please!
Instantly they all came over and surrounded me, giving me their full attention.
Kyle: Alright guys, I got word that there is a zoroark roaming the city. I need your help with finding it and making sure that it gets safely out of the city. Ryan Emily will be a team, Ryan you can use your aura to scout the area and if you see anything tell Emily so she can spread the news. Breeze and Hera go together, if you guys see anything, have Breeze use sight sharing and let me see. Luna and Coral will be close to me. Am I clear?
They all nodded.
Kyle: Right. Let's get moving.
Hannah: Where ya off to?
Kyle: Dad has me doing something. Watch over the others for me please.
???: Wait, these are you pokemon?
Kyle: Yeah, what about it?
???: I swear I've seen them before, better yet I've seen you before.
Kyle: I said the same thing to myself, but it really doesn't matter at the moment.
???: W-what do you mean? I really wanna know who you are and how we met.
Kyle: Ryan, have we met this girl before?
Ryan: Yeah, but I don't remember her.
I tried to remember, but then I saw the jolteon that was next to her. I looked a bit closer and saw that she had a little scar above her eye.
Kyle: That's it!! You're Natalie!! One of the top performers. Now it's clicking, I met you at the last pokemon showcase I went to a few years ago. Shoot we even did some traveling for a month, or was it two months?? I seriously don't remember it's been a good long while.
