The faint bloom of an iridescent luster hits the mechanic's sullen stare, and I catch hints of hazel which I had fallen in love with so long ago. My curious hands trace her jawline, curling themselves around her neck. Her skin is supple, pleasant to the touch, addictive for my fingers to skim across. Eventually, they entangle themselves in her silky hair, but I make sure to have a loose grip, so I do not harm her in any fashion. She is perfect in every way imaginable. Beautiful inside and out.

As my eyes go searching for hers, they find themselves lost in the sea of forest green, mahogany browns, and mirky greys. The Mechanics wandering expression concerns me, but I can see the flecks of dark steel glisten from the swell of tears that have begun to form. Her nimble fingers dance over my neck and then settle themselves along my cheekbone. I follow the mechanic's lead and brush my soft fingers across her collar bone. There are words trapped in her mind; I recognize her struggle as she attempts to piece together the emotions she is intensely experiencing trying to connect them to terms that are not existing. I appreciate all her efforts as she tries to express her feelings she can not explain vocationally. Expressing emotions requires a deep sense of understanding of oneself and an understanding of others. It requires a level of vulnerability. Some simply can not or do not want to go because, at this level, they break down the walls they have built and worked so hard to maintain. I acknowledge this insecurity and sense of uncomfortable vulnerability, so in a soft and calm voice, I say four beautiful words-"I love you too."

It is strange just how simple words can change everything for a person and how much they can affect them. I had never seen someone shine so brightly as she did when I said those four simple words. Although she maintains such a stoic and bold composure, I know at her core, she hides a kind heart and sensitive soul. A smile that bright, a heart that kind, and a soul that sensitive, can only stem from the sun.

"I love you... so much..." she stutters.

"I'm sorry I can't convey my thoughts as you can... I'm trying so hard to, but they just don't come together like yours... you just are so good at it!" she says flustered.

"Hey... hey babe.." I seize her fidgeting hands and peer up at her with a kind grin.

"Words alone can not do emotional justice. They help others know they exist, but they do not provide evidence. Actions speak more than words. For they express love in ways, only the heart notices," I lovingly and carefully cup her cheek and with my thumb wipe away a straggling tear.

"Everything I do for you is everything I know you'd do for me. We just have different ways of expressing our emotions to one another, and that is a beautiful thing" I go on my tippy toes and endearingly kiss her forehead. Then I kiss her left cheek, right cheek, nose, and settle on her lips. I lower myself back down on my heels, then take in a deep breath and gain my composure.

"I trust you to see the reflection of my soul, which is reflected in the words that you read. I entrust that you will not plagiarize my emotions and give them to someone else," I humbly whisper.

"I promise you, I won't," she hushes back. Her delicate and skillful hands take mine, and she kisses my knuckles. The warmth spreads throughout my entire body, but it only lasts for a few seconds, and I have left craving for her to kiss me everywhere. The way she makes me feel alive is addicting.

"I want you... you know.." I sheepishly express and bite my lips together. I can feel the blood rushing to my cheeks, and I look the other way so the mechanic can't tell.

"I want you too..." she steps closer to me, her fingers hovering over my chest.

"But only if you are ready. I promise to take it slow, and I will stop whenever you want to-"
